Hat jemand Tipps zur Entfernung und Vorbeugung von Schimmel im Auto? Mein Auto stand ca. 3 Monate still, da er kaputt war. Heute hab ich es aus der Werkstatt geholt und schon auf der Rückfahrt Kopfschmerzen bekommen. Dann merkte ich, dass das ganze Auto schimmelig von innen war. Es war im Auto selbst suuuper feucht. Im Fußraum war eine Pfütze. Das Auto hat ein kleines zweites Handschuhfach auf der Fahrerseite, in dem stand 5cm hoch Wasser. Ich hab alle sitze und Konsolen, den ganzen Innenraum mit Alkohol gereinigt, habe das Wasser so gut es geht weg gewischt und eine Tüte mit Katzenstreu zum absorbieren der restlichen Feuchtigkeit ins Auto gestellt. Ich wollte am Montag einen nasssauger ausleihen um damit die Sitze und den Fußraum zu reinigen, dann wollte ich einen LuftreinigeEntfeuchter ins Auto stellen. Kennt sich jemand damit aus und weiß, was ich vielleicht noch machen kann um den Schimmel zu entfernen und vorzubeugen? Ich hab etwas Angst dass die Schimmel Sporen auch nach gründlicher Reinigung nicht ganz weg gehen. Da es ein kleiner geschlossener Raum ist weiß ich nicht, ob ich Schimmelentferner oder Ähnliches benutzen kann. Jeder Tipp ist willkommen :)

I am 23f and was diagnosed with IGAN almost a year ago. i’ve been on prednisone for 11 months now, started at 60mg and am now just sitting at 2.5mg. my nephrologist just said that she wants to switch me to budesonide since my GFR has improved but my protein is still not budging. I have to get another biopsy done before i can switch so it’ll be a few weeks before i start it.
i know that it’s similar to prednisone but what have your experiences been like? I want to be off the prednisone so bad but im a bit scared to start a new medication that is going to have the same side effects.

got a fix and flip property under contract and a vacant lot next to it for 265,000. The arv of the property is said to be 340k-370k. Never did a flip before, and Im having a lot of doubts, and anxieties. I am mostly being worried that we won't sell for at least 330,000 which is what we need to sell to pay off all debts if we spend 35k for repairs, I own a construction company and it will cost me about 50% of what it would cost to pay someone to do the work. That is my estimate. I estimate that the lender will calculate that we will need 60k in repairs from the hard money lender and I think we will have a hard time getting funding for a deal with such tight margins. EMD is already through 8k and p&s has been signed. Idk what to do, I am wanting to chicken out and take the 8k loss rather than rack up a 320k debt for a property that could be sold for 330k and get nothing out of it. The vacant land next to it is valued at abt 20k and I am assuming that will increase the 330k to about 350k maybe. At this point I will only be taking home about 5-10k going through a lot of stress. At the same time the house could potentially go for 400k, it's a big gamble and I haven't eaten for 12 hours because of it. For context I live in mass and the house prices here are crazy

I called my doctors office to ask about getting my Dolly registered as an ESA or SA. They said none of the doctors in the office can sign off on service animals. I have been diagnosed by my doctor with major depressive disorder for a while now and my dog genuinely has turned my life around and my whole family has seen it. I guess i am just confused on how he has been diagnosing me with depression/anxiety/major depression and has wrote off many different prescriptions but he’s not able to sign off on that? I mean he’s my main health provider and all my research says that he should be able to. What should my next step be?

There’s an issue with the official YouTube app for Fire TV devices that is preventing users from logging into their YouTube account. The issue seems to have started late last night and is still present this morning. Uninstalling, reinstalling, and clearing the YouTube app’s data/cache doesn’t seem to fix the issue. Given the scale of the issue, YouTube is surely aware and working on a fix. If you don’t want to wait, you can install an unofficial alternate YouTube app, which doesn’t seem to be affected by this issue. The most popular alternate app is SmartTube, which you can install by entering code 28544 into the Downloader app. If you need them, see this guide for more detailed instructions on how to use Downloader.
