I believe I explained what happened well. Some questions are understandable, but many people are simply not reading it.
The first thing I see the most is, "Why are you texting wtf about them being in your city?" If you read it, you'll see that we were supposed to meet them at their house that day. We were already at their house when I got the text that they were at her work. I can't meet them for lunch, I'm in a completely different city. (And no we didn't spend the night.) My parents and I live in 2 different cities that are over an hour away from one another; we told them we'd be back in the morning the next day. My sister and my parents purposely drove over an hour to her work knowing we wouldn't be there, knowing we were on our way to their place which again is over an hour away.
Another thing I should talk about is her work. Two different locations. One is an office, the other is on the floor. She works in the office. People that work on the floor don't even know who she is. This was a newer job and she was still in probation.
One last thing I should go over is yes we've been together for 6 years. No I don't update my family about everything that happens in my Fiancée's life.

This spigot occasionally with drip on its own. Weather had been below freezing for 3 weeks and only just noticed this. What do I do? Should I try to turn it closed more?
We just got pipes replaced a month ago (remove all cast iron pipes). If a pipe has burst, we haven’t noticed yet since things are still frozen over

Anyone familiar with local options for medical training intended for community/volunteer use that goes beyond the Red Cross CPAED training (already certified and looking to expand)? I’m interested in field training, survival medicine, volunteer EMT training, etc.

I love my cat more than anything in the entire world and so does my brother. I live in New York City and he lives in Boston and sometimes he will pick her up and take her for a month to watch her. He lives with my mom and my mom right now is dealing with a lot of emotional stress as her brother is currently dealing with stage three cancer. She adjusted super well as soon as she got to Boston and had no issues but in a month, she'll be back with me. Am I stressing her out by having her visit him sometimes? She seems to be perfectly content and from all the videos and pictures I've seen she's been purring and very happy and in her regular habits I just get anxious. I've heard it's bad to move a cats environment too much but she's been to my brothers multiple times and even stayed there for up to six months.

2025.01.23 18:43 -in-sane Is it legal to report online a lost package as thief if it doesn't has a option to report as lost property?
So I ordered a bed off of Amazon and ups delivered it to the wrong place as I was moving in with my cousin. I ended up not moving in and had to find another place but ups delivered the package to the wrong place entirely and my cousin said that him and the landlord was unable to find my package. I told Amazon about it and they said the only way I can get my money back was to file a police report. I contacted the police and they said they were unable to do it due to not having actual evidence that it was stolen. The officer told me that I can only talk to Amazon which Amazon keeps telling me the same thing of making a report with them. Ive been going in a long loop of this and I asked the officer if anything would happen if I made a report online as a thief since that's the only option they have that seems I can put down. She said she wasn't sure if anything would happen, so I started to type the report. On the site, it states that lost property is NOT the same as thief and that falsifying a report could result in legal issues. I'm unsure what my options are now and I wanted to know if I did send it, would I actually be in trouble or not?
