Idk what to do anymore. I broke up with my bf of 3 months bc I had so much anxiety because of it and then I thought I would feel a bit better but it's made it worse. Now my best friend who is like a sister to me is going through the same problem. It's either her happiness or her boyfriends and It's hurting me to see her like this. I hate myself and my body. Nobody cares. I always feel out of place and feel like my laugh makes others hate me or even just my voice. I try to wear tight trousers and a tight belt to hide my stomach but then my legs could be seen and it's made me so insecure.
I want a bf or a gf but then I don't but then I do. I miss my ex but then I don't and I still love him but then I don't. I can't even talk to my best friends about it because it makes it all worse and when I talk to my best friend/sister I feel like I can talk to her but I feel like talking about my problems will make her problems worse.
I feel like everyone hates me and doesn't want me there and I always feel out of place. I think I look weird and everywhere I go I just want to die. I have so many problems but have to deal with them myself and I can feel myself slowly slipping away and getting worse. Sometimes the voice in my head becomes too much and it's too loud in my head and i suffer silently while my anxiety levels go through the roof. I haven't cried in front of anyone for ages and always cry alone and everyone treats me differently. I'm just branded as the gay boy. I'm not even gay. None of this would have happened if I just stayed quiet. If I didn't ask out my friend. He said yes but then broke up with me a few hours later. Saying I'm just not ready to date.
I cry silently because I can always feel everyone's judging eyes and I just wish I was dead. I just wished my attempt worked.

Hello! I work in an indoor farm that we took over from a previous crew. The previous crew used chlorfenapyr bombs that filled the room with the stuff. We cleaned all of our rooms, but our crops keep testing positive for the stuff in a couple of our rooms. We've tried cleaning every surface with an alkaline soap, peroxyacetic acid solution, and dry fogging with zerotol. We've also taken apart our vents and scrubbed them down. Do you have any guidance on how to clean this stuff out?

I really like the 7” and the general feel of the Paperwhite so much. And it feels smoother in general. But I rather would avoid amazon. The other option would be the Clara BW. But it’s so small and feels like plastic. And I don’t know. Have a Tolino Shine (basically Kobo) from 2013. And it’s done. I would actually keep it but it keeps crashing every 50 page or less. I tell myself Kindle would be fine since I can side load.

I have a 2 bedroom apartment and used to have a bunk bed when I was a host parent in the other bedroom for 2 students. However, the only students that made it to the end of the year were my 2 Asian students who both lived in high rise type condos in their home country. Every European student I had complained about everything and thought they should have a parent that does everything for them such as cleaning up and cooking. They all seemed to grow up in rather big homes, but they claimed they were okay with living in a smaller home before they came.
