Sehr geehrte LegaladviceGerman-Community,
wie im Titel bereits erwähnt, wurde ich dummerweise von einem vermeintlich offiziellen Vodafone-Mitarbeiter betrogen. Dieser hat folgende Daten von mir erlangt: Foto von Vorder- und Hinterseite meines Ausweises. Selfie von mir, den selbigen Ausweis haltend.
Ich bitte um Ratschlag, wie ich weiter vorgehen soll (abgesehen davon, mir selbst einen Klaps auf den Hinterkopf zu geben). Folgendes ist geschehen:
Kontext: Ich brauchte Hilfe bei der SIM-Kartenaktivierung der CallYa-Prepaidkarte, da dies seit mehreren Tagen nicht geschehen ist.
Ich habe die offizielle Nummer des CallYa-Kundensupports von Vodafone (0172 2290229) angerufen und mein Problem geschildert. Der Mitarbeiter war äußerst freundlich und erschien fast schon übermotiviert, mir helfen zu wollen. Er meinte, er würde sich schnell um mein Anliegen kümmern wollen und ab da begann die Masche, die ich sofort hätte hinterfragen sollen. Er meinte er würde kurz auflegen und mich sofort erneut anrufen unter derselben Nummer (weiterhin die offizielle Vodafone-Nummer), den Grund dafür habe ich aufgrund seines starken arabischen? Akzentes nicht verstanden. Nachdem er dies tat und ich drangegangen bin, nannte er mir die E-Mail-Adresse: [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]), an welche ich, damit sich die richtige Abteilung darum kümmern könne, ein Foto meiner Ausweisvorderseite und -rückseite senden müsse, sowie ein Selfie von mir, wie ich das Dokument in der Hand halte. Das habe ich auch gemacht und anschließend eine SMS bekommen, nach der ich gemerkt habe, dass ich höchstwahrscheinlich abgezogen wurde. Das Telefonat war zu dem Zeitpunkt bereits beendet. Was mich hieran stutzig gemacht hat, war die unprofessionelle Verfassung.

Anschließend habe ich die E-Mail gegoogelt und habe in der Vodafone-Community gesehen, dass ein paar andere Leute ebenfalls dazu gebeten wurden, ihre Ausweisdokumente an diese E-Mail zu versenden. Ich verweise auf folgenden Thread, in dem eine Vodafone-Moderatorin 2018!!!! bestätigt, es handle sich dabei nicht um eine offizielle Kundenservice E-Mail. (Die Betrugsmasche läuft scheinbar schon seit 2018 bei Vodafone auf die genau gleiche Art und Weise, aber keinen dort scheint es irgend wie zu kümmern). Was ich bis jetzt getan/probiert habe:
- Bei einer anderen Vodafone-Nummer angerufen und bestätigt bekommen, dass niemals eine Identifikation außerhalb von VidID, bzw. wie hier über E-Mail stattfinden würde.
- Beim Mobilfunkanbieter, über den ich bei Vodafone angerufen habe, angerufen und ein Telekommunikationsprotokoll angefragt, um zu prüfen, ob die Nummer unter die mich der Scammer selbstständig angerufen hat, tatsächlich dieselbe Vodafone Nummer ist, oder es irgend wie eine gespoofte Nummer handelt. Leider konnte ich dort kein Protokoll für heute erfragen, das ginge erst morgen, was ich dann auch machen werden.
- Bei der örtlichen Polizei angerufen, bei der ich dann morgen eine Anzeige gegen Unbekannt, ggf. mithilfe des bereitgestellten Telekommunikationsprotokolls der Anrufe, erstelle, um mich vor Missbrauch meiner Daten abzusichern.
- Nun hier Reddit konsultieren, mit der Frage, ob und was ich hier am besten noch tun kann? Kann man legale Schritte einleiten, oder ist das zwecklos? Auf was muss ich mich im schlimmsten Fall gefasst machen durch den Datenmissbrauch und bin ich dann durch die Anzeige abgesichert? Sollte ich sonst irgend etwas beachten?

Hey all, I'm in the process of building my first PC and would really appreciate some feedback. I have been shopping for parts since Black Friday so I was able to find some solid deals but I was waiting for news of the new AMD/Nvidia GPU's before I actually begin building. I'm not sold on the new AI-based Nvidia offerings for their prices, and I've mostly lost hope on AMD's benchmarks since it looks like they were caught off-guard by Nvidia's release.

Yesterday, I saw an analysis on Eurosport about Madison Keys’ new tennis racket. Apparently she changed rackets in the off season, and the commentators were surprised to see such a big impact on her game already (obviously in a positive way).
She chose control over power, to lower her unforced errors and to give her a little bit more of a relaxed feeling with balls that she cannot hit perfectly.
