I ordered a used game at the end of December. It was a special edition that came with a steelbook, soundtrack, etc.
What I received was a generic black case and the game. I submitted for an exchange and they said they’d get me what I ordered. What they sent as a replacement is exactly the same thing (generic black case). I collect physical games, so a generic black case does me no good, especially when it wasn’t what I ordered from the site. I’ve been emailing back and forth with their support since then with no resolution. I requested a return label and they said they’d send one, but it never came and I’ve had radio silence for 5 days.
I got sick of waiting so I called support today. They said they can get me a return label and replace it. I said I only want a replacement if they can confirm it’s actually what I ordered (what the website shows for the item). They then said they cannot confirm that because it’s a different department that does fulfillment and they cannot communicate with them, apparently. So I would run the risk of getting another generic black case and not what I ordered.
I asked if I could speak with a supervisor and they said they cannot transfer my call. I’m hitting wall after wall.🙃
So I said fuck it, give me a refund, send me a return label and I’ll never do business with them again. This “customer service” is pretty ridiculous and I don’t think it was a totallyunreasonable request to get what I ordered. 🤷♂️

Anyone know of one in the area? Everything I've checked either isn't touchless or is shorter than 7'1". I have a new box on top of my vehicle that makes it a bit too tall, though I do still fit in parking garages.

Would you really just have one note per point you want to take from a journal article? Or would you have all of your points on a single article in one note?
It seems hard to imagine having one note for every point I want to make on a journal article.

Can I swap the return and supply lines at the engine bay to get diesel to the front filter and engine temporarily?

I have a Skil TS6307-00 and going through Steve Ramsey's course. I have very limited garage space so need something collapsible as an out feed for longer boards. The Worx table looks pretty handy and measures the same height as the table saw. This is my entry for the Clocktower World Cup 2025.
Djinn Rule: “There can be up to 2 copies of each character. During setup, when possible, the storyteller includes 2 of each character (this doesn't change character counts).”
Some special never before seen jinxes are needed for this script: 2 Heretic powers cancel out. 2 Snitches give 6 bluffs.
I half expect this script to be disallowed, because although it doesn't technically break any rules, it does challenge the swapping maximum of 5 requirement during play at large enough player counts. However, I feel this is well within the spirit of the competition, as these are swaps that the Storyteller HAS to make because of my djinn, and they can only be from the limited set of options already presented by choosing characters randomly to begin with. That rule seems to be against not allowing storytellers to try to make the best matches so that the script is truly tested, and does not seem included to stop scripts messing with type counts.
Another point of tension in the context of this competition is the two custom jinxes, which i couldn't include in the djinn. These aren't technically needed to play, although it might feel odd. I do not feel as though either of the jinxes are strange or actually extra rules i'm adding, they seem as obvious as the poppy grower marionette jinx, in that any player would ask does it work like a or b? And the rules simply clarify quickly that it is a.
Finally, the djinn does technically stop there from being 3 Village Idiots. This is not an extra rule i'm writing here, just a technicality that is easy to miss.
