There was a good amount of action in my market (meaning new houses for sale) after the holidays, but there have been zero new houses since Monday.
I’m wondering if the Trump inauguration was spooked a lot of potential sellers into settling in and not listing their house yet until they see how everything shakes out.
Wondering if anyone else has seen this happening in their area. I live in a very blue state/county…if that matters.

Hey, can somebody help me? I have a problem with random occult sims showing up in my sims friends list. I have Nraas Story Progression and the immigration of occult is at 0, and I also have disabled the in game population control for any occult. But still I keep seeing occult sims showing up!
I have occult sims in the game that I have made, and I only want them to be there, no one else.
Is there a way to fix that? Or do I just need to force kill any univinted occult sim I see?

Hi!
So since having ME/CFS, for about 10days-2weeks every month i am in a flare up as a result of my period. It then takes me some time to get back to my baseline.
Point being, think it could be beneficial going on the pill - but will it?
Will this minimise the effects of my period on my body? Will it allow my body to deal with less?
I’m unsure entirely how the pill works.
Any experiences/recs??

We came across this foreclosed 1940 house in a suburban area of a large southern city. It needs a lot of cosmetic work, but it may have more serious issues. Based on the pictures, it looks like there may be significant water damage. The plumbing for what I assume should be the washer and dryer also looks strange. We're debating whether we should even look at the house. We know purchasing an old home is a gamble, but is this house even worth a tour if the ceilings look like this? There's also cracks in the walls that are concerning.

What tips have people got for improving aim? In warzone everyone I come across seems to play with very little recoil while my gun feels like its jumping around and I cant get my shots on target.

It’s almost a year since it was over and I’m past the point where I would say “they hurt me but I would still take them back in a heartbeat”, now it’s “they hurt me and I would blow their knee caps off if they ever set foot in front of me”. I still am in pain. The first three weeks of this year I genuinely started feeling better, I thought I was starting to forget them, then the thoughts have been creeping in over and over the past few days it keeps haunting me. When does it ever end? I stopped stalking their socials over a month ago. I don’t even care to see anything remotely related to them, I turn my phone to the side if an image of them pops up, I’m actively and consciously doing everything to push them out of my mind. This is after months of trying everything like manifesting them back and realizing they were never gonna come back. I’ve been in the acceptance phase but I’m also full of hatred for this person. Just the thought of them ruins my day. I’m tired of having them live in my mind. I’m so tired of this I’ve done everything to let them go

i recently noticed that the right side floors of my volvo850 wagon are wet. my first idea was that the draining from the sunroof might be blocked. so i poured water into the draining directly but it came out fine (maybe right side a little less, but could be my imagination). now I'm thinking: okay maybe the drainage system has some leaks? and with constant rain and snow (which we had the last couple weeks)it's slowly dripping. the car has some rust here and there, but the sealing around the doors is in good condition. so the sunroof drainage system being cracked is my best guess.... does anyone have any other ideas? i would really appreciate the input 🙏 also sry english not my first language
