On Jan 15th I sold a bunch of items to CEX via drop & go. That same afternoon, the store called me to confirm that testing had been completed and told me the price, I agreed, the store said they would then immediately email me the vouchers. Around £700 value. My online account says the order is completed and that I've been paid.
No email received. Jan 16th I contacted CEX support via their contact form, asked them to resend the voucher codes. No reply.
Monday 20th, used the support contact form again, asked them to resend or call my phone number to resolve this.
It's now 23rd and still no reply.
I've checked my email spam / bin, and other CEX emails have got through, including confirmation of the drop & go order prior to me dropping off the items, as well as a marketing email since then.
What the actual fuck? You can't call the store, can't call support, can't even access your vouchers via your account.
I suppose I have to go back to the store (30 minute drive) and maybe they can resend the vouchers if they can even do that?
Seems like a crazy way to operate.

Background: I am a 58-year-old postmenopausal woman. A blood test about six months ago came back prediabetic so my doctor recommended inter, intermittent fasting and low-carb, and prescribed a CGM (Dexcom 7)
I lost about 10 pounds: but I'm still considerably overweight. I have experienced no further weight loss I cannot get in with the nutritionist until the beginning of March. I do fully intend to consult with a medical expert. for months despite continuing the same style of eating. Currently, I am effectively carnivore-only. With that, my BG rarely even rises postprandial, but it's also not going down to 100.
I cannot understand why if my blood glucose is (say) an average of 100 for 23 hours a day and goes up postprandial to 150, my average for the day is 125.
I am still considered prediabetic. And like many of you, I get anxious now every time I put food in my mouth because my blood glucose will rise and reflect as in the prediabetic range.(Currently ~GMI 108 fasting).
I cannot get in with the nutritionist until the beginning of March. I do fully intend to consult with a medical expert.
