After one year of learning different system, reading books I am still losing money and blowing prop accounts. Trading has made me depressed. I have an advanced degree in engineering very good at math and at my daily job and I am very methodical person. I thought trading will guve some additional money since my wife does not have a job. I have lost money and I don't want to lose money anymore. I k ow it is nit anybody's problem but should I quit trading? I am getting depressed it because if money but because I cannot figure it out. Has anybkdy successfully quited trading? Sorry dor rambling I know many of you have tough days too. It is sad that our daily job is not enough and we live paycheck to paycheck.

I have a few questions regarding OCD in general and also on how it impacts sleep:
1) Always had intrusive thoughts around sleep but I've learned to manage it now. Regardless, I can't fall asleep with even the slightest change in sleep setting. New place? No sleep. New position? No sleep. This is most annoying because I sleep on my tummy and it is ruining my posture. I have tried everything to sleep on the side/back but nothing helps. This isn't even traditional OCD in the sense that no thoughts of anxiety/dread keep me up. I'm just chilling and not sleeping and feeling like shit the next day. Any suggestions/recommendations?
2) Do y'all think OCD keeps recurring in different forms? When I was younger, fear of contamination and re-reading and re-writing were some things I fixated on. By the time I overcame them in college via exposure, I had gotten OCD insomnia. Now it feels like almost all other OCD habits are under control but all the sleep related ones are horrible.
