Hi everyone I have an appointment scheduled next week to get one of my wisdom teeth (right bottom) looked at/extracted.
However I have a few other wisdom teeth that I’ve been told years ago that would be nice to get extracted but not required since the others aren’t bothering me.

We had long discussions the past couple months because my parent has been in the hospital and my partner gave support. I met my partner on hinge after being rejected, choked, slapped, or strung along by anxious avoidant matches. He will probably find this account and he’s mad that I sought advice from friends and therapist. Our major issue was that he wasn’t transparent about his female friend he’s visiting in Japan next month is an escort and said she worked in international business. It was our potential breakup for him to tell the truth yet he claimed he’s not attracted to her emotionally or physically. I cried when my mom was in the hospital and he thought it was because of her. He got defensive. Recently I was concerned about how he had 10k in savings and he screamed and yelled that I asked him if he used escorts. Everyone is telling me to break up but I’m stubborn and I’m not redownloading hinge. My whole life is in flux because of my parents declining health, selling the house, the end of graduate school and work. I messed up.
He was the first guy that seemed to be interested since I struggled with making friends with church, concerts, exercise classes, work, etc. He got out of a 10 year LDR who wouldn’t marry him and I feel rejected because I had to ask him to kiss and be intimate. I don’t know if he used escorts and my therapist thinks I’m sacrificial and shouldn’t play detective. I feel ugly. There’s too many layers and this is this surface. Im afraid of letting go.

I saw an e-mail today from the Arts Council mentioning that they still have some Wearable tickets left. I'm not sure for which shows, but I thought I'd put in a plug for the show to anyone who hasn't been to one, because I spent the first six or seven years of my time in Ketchikan avoiding it thinking "Why would I want to go to that?" and thinking it was not for me. Somehow I was convinced that I wouldn't be interested and that it wouldn't be my sort of thing, despite however many people tried to tell me it was awesome.
Well, I'm here to tell you - it really is pretty awesome. There's a ton of creativity on display, it's Ketchikan's biggest party of the year, and everybody's there to have fun. This winter has been a lot less dreary, weather-wise, than most but even so - a break for creativity and celebration in the middle of the winter is also a nice bonus.
Anyway.. Most years you need to have your tickets sewn up months ahead of time. I'm here to tell you that if you're still wondering what all the fuss is about that this might be a good year to find out..
