I am finishing up on AX1 , and it's been a pretty good time. It's the first program I've done a good job of sticking to for the most part. I stuck to all the strength stuff, and for conditioning I've been doing strictly rowing on those days. I'm enjoying the conditioning of rowing , and want to continue on that path.
I am wondering which program would be best for 3 days a week of strength training , and I would do 2-3 conditioning days on the rower in between. I am upgrading my home gym so I'll have squat rack, barbell, and plates to do basically any of the workouts offered. Maybe at some point I'd want to do 5-6 days strength but for now I want to improve the cardio conditioning as well because AX1 made me realize I was REALLY lacking in that department. Took me 3 initial cycles to get the 400 challenge under time.

2025.01.23 20:50 yamiyam21 My rabbit is sick
Yesterday around 3 I got home and found my rabbit had been having diarrhea. I immediately took him to the vet, and they told me to just feed him hay and no veggies or pellets for the next week or so. Last night he wouldn’t really eat, but I thought he’d be better today. Today he’s the same, he still won’t eat his hay. I haven’t even seen him drink water. (but is constantly begging for pellets, treats, veggies). He hasn’t had diarrhea since yesterday either. I called my vet and left a voicemail, but they haven’t called me back. I don’t know what to do, I’m worried he’s going to starve. What can I do? (I’m feeding him Oxbow Timothy Hay, he used to eat it but maybe he stopped and that’s why he got sick in the first place. I have two rabbits and the other one constantly eats hay)

Hi there, Quite a long time ago, I posted my super-long introductory video for a no-code directory builder I started to make back in December (yes, shameless plug). I was blamed that it is too boring, too focused on technical details, etc. Today I recorded, what I feel, is one of the best videos related to my SaaS. Interesting parts:
- I got some revenue from Screen Studio affiliate program (yay!). It is a screen & camera recorder with super-easy intuitive UI for making product demos. No referral link; the domain name matches the software name - Google it. ;)
- Now, my videos have a nice thumbnail (as opposed to a single frame I had before). I believe this one rocketed my CTR from ~1.5-3% to an astonishing 10-15%. The average now is 4.5%. The thumbnail (+ logo and OG image template) was made by a guy from Twitter for a super-affordable price.
- Everyone talks about SEO or ASEO (App-Store SEO). Why did no one mention YSEO (YouTube SEO?). I decided to give it a try and added some competitor names to the descriptions of my videos. No results yet, but let's see.
- Since my first contact with the public, I got 92 signups (in a ~month).
- I have got multiple "you have a good (great) service, but I lack X, Y, and Z". Building in Public taught me to be not afraid to ask potential users why they are here (especially if you have a nice signup rate).
- I sent almost 90 E-Mails to the users who signed up and got around 6-7 responses. The response rate went up once I changed the subject to "Quick question (Bohdan from
)". Thanks to a guy from Twitter who recommended me to do this. - As opposed to my previous startup, this one, being not developer-focused, allowed me to cut so many corners I never cut in my life developing the software. Some of my pages still lack pagination. Where the SaaS shine - SEO. I strive to add as many details as I can to the entities users post on the service (LD-JSON schemas, IndexNow, page structure, etc).
- Most interesting part: my MRR now is $122123 zero (like, the real $0). Most probably, some clients will arrive once I complete a few core features they were asking for, but who knows?
- Previous (failed) startup gave me excellent contact with AppSumo. We've already had a call on potential cooperation as a Select product and agreed to meet again in early Spring if I meet the basic goals they set for me (certain customer number, some steady growing MRR, etc).
- Ah, right... I am eating my dog food and I created a tiny directory for the local market - indoor playgrounds/playrooms. I don't know if the idea is going to work out - the search results are bloated with SERP features and it is hard for a user to navigate. Despite all of that, there are some impressions already, but not too much of clicks. I hope the situation will be improved with the better page titles/descriptions, but the experiment has just started. I intended this post to be like we all used to a promo ask (but I appreciate feedback), but it turned out that I already have something to share with you. BTW, the "ask" was to give feedback on the latest screencast I recorded - so thanks a lot to those brave who watched it. ;)

This is my top 6 players to get, everyone has salah so he’s not included:
- TAA- he’s value for money at 7.3m right now as he’s getting many clean sheets and assists, what’s not to love.
- Gakpo- His minutes seem very safe for the dgw as he hasn’t been starting in cups, many he’ll get subbed early but he’s good enough to score in 70-80’
- Mykolenko- Very cheap, starts and plays every game might aswell get him.
- Konate (⚠️)- he hasn’t come out saying he’s been taking pain killers for his games so there is a small chance he might not play both games, but he’s the cheapest way into the defence, somewhat of an arial threat aswell. Take VVD if ur scared of konates minutes
- Allison- Second cheapest defensive Liverpool player and you can keep him in ur team for a long while so no need to waste a transfer taking him out
- DCL/Ndiaye- cheap 8th attacker options for the dgw, Everton off the back of a win bs spurs many momentum can carry into the dgw
VVD- too expensive for a cb imo would rather get Trent with extra cash or save money by going konate.
Pickford- Everton look much less defensively stable under Moyes so far so I would rather take Allison as the keeper for 0.5m more

2025.01.23 20:50 Sandersmoke Issues while Moving into new build Apartment (west island)
So my boyfriend and I had a leased signed for move in date of January 1st which we had signed maybe 4 months beforehand. On the day of the move, the woman was there to show us around and give our keys. When she showed us the apartment, the fire alarm was beeping every minute or so and she said she made a request and someone would come fix it. No one came to fix it until Jan 3rd, so our first three days and first two nights we had to endure the constant fucking beeping of the alarm.
We notice also that the microwave has no power so we say, look once the guy comes to fix the alarm, have him fix the microwave. Guy comes for alarm, ignored microwave. Needless to say there were lots of back and forth emails happening about these issues and finally after a week the microwave was fixed. BUT as he’s fixing it, since it’s one of those microwaves that acts like the range hood of the stove, the electrician opened up the range and saw that it had not been finished. The metal pipe or wtv that has the airflow in it, just opened up from the microwave and there was no connecting piece so the air was just gonna fill the apartment or its walls.
We send them yet another email about that and they say we’re trying to get an appointment to fix that. THE APPOINTMENT ONLY ENDS UP BEING MONDAY JAN 20 THAT THEY FIX IT. So almost 3 weeks of having lived there with no access to stove basically cause how tf would we cook without the range (we tried and either the patio door had to be wide open while cooking or the fire alarm would go off).
Another thing I want to mention is we have indoor parking and my sticker would not work for the first week so I had to keep going back down to reception to fix it. This on its own is fine but the rest really built up my anger.
So, Sometime between them finding out the range was never finished I got really annoyed. I didn’t mention at the beginning but this is a new build and move in started as of April 2024. I email them saying look like this isn’t fucking normal, you promote luxury living condos for rent and none of our stuff is even finished/usable until over three weeks of having lived here… and we signed the lease MONTHS in advance so they should have had ample time to prep everything. After back and forth she finally says she will talk to management. Comes back three days later saying they will give us a 10% credit…. Our rent is 1600$ so basically 160$ off. For real my boyfriend and I were so insulted by that. We just really don’t think it’s fair.
Whole story being finished, what should we do? Are there any laws protecting us or something like that? I feel like I’m admitting defeat by taking their measly 160$. Please help us with your advice cause fr we are lost. Thanks in advance
