2025.01.23 22:13 redd-or45 How to paint new vinyl appliance
Just got a new refrigerator for an ADU. Front is Stainless but sides are a dark brown. slightly patterned material that I would best describe as vinyl. I knew this going in but not a lot of choice in a 24 inch wide 11CF refrigerator.
Cabinets and walls of the ADU are all white. One side of the refrigerator will be exposed to the kitchenette and will be this ugly brown.
I would like to paint this brown vinyl white. Does that seem reasonable? I would be using either a roller or brush.
What Prep/primer needed? What paint for the top coat? Since the vinyl already has an embossed pattern with about 2 inch repeat a completely smooth surface will not be possible. I would like the end finish to gloss or semi gloss.
The internet suggested SW Scuff X but not sure that product would be the best for this job.

Received this email today (removed the link). I've never heard of Uo Arms before and appears new, but it will be interesting what they can bring. Hopefully, they can get closer to H&K quality and production that Tom couldn't quite achieve. I welcome his efforts to bring these platforms that were unobtainable before, despite the issues. I still hope we can get official H&K civilian versions in the future though.

Charm of Acedia seems extremely powerful; as I'm reading it, it allows for an action to go off without needing to roll at all, including shooting or melee, for 1 blood token- so could, for instance, a hell knight with a serpent assault gun just spend 2 blood tokens to hit two targets within six inches of each other without needing to make any rolls at all? Or would it only apply to one shot, since the attack is one action even if there are two targets?

hello
i have set my gtr3 to display the screen during 15 sec.
when i press a button, it's ok the screen is displayed during 15 sec, but when i only wake it by gesture of my arm then the screen only displayed during 5 sec.
i have not find any option to change this. I thought that the option i set to 15sec worked also for gesture way, but it is not the case.
How to have a longer displayed time with gesture?
i ask this because for "complex" watchfaces i sometimes need longer that 5 seconds to watch the screen.

2025.01.23 22:13 Zumba_Samba I have done probably over 100 upper deckers at this point and I won't be stopping any time soon.
For those not familiar an "upper decker" is when you take the lid off of the toilet tank and finish your shit in there after leaving a giant nasty clogger in the toilet bowl. The result is that every time the toilet bowl refills from the tank it will be with dirty shit water. I did this as early as middle school all the way through highschool at least every couple months growing up. I've done it at jobs l've hated, restaurants that gave me bad service, a couple ex girlfriend's places, a buddy's place at a house party and my college dorms.
I even do it in public bathrooms some times just for the hell of it!
It's so satisfying knowing someone is going to find my giant fucking clogger and be disgusted that someone didn't flush it so now they have to look at it and smell it. Then they'll flush it themselves only for the bowl to be filled with dirty shit water again and if it's one of those industrial toilets for public restrooms it'll likely splash the water a bit too during the flush and hopefully get shit water on them. Then they'll flush it again and again but until they clean my shit out of the toilet tank the water will never be clean.
God it's so fucking funny. I can't even imagine the look on someone's face. I've heard about my upper deckers when I was in school and how they were looking for the culprit. The principal was furious. They never caught me despite their best efforts. The boss at my first job was furious. There were no cameras so he couldn't tell who was doing it! The best part is because everyone refused to do it he had to do it himself! I broke that already smug, arrogant asshole of a man and made him lose his mind until he up and quit because he got tired of dealing with someone else's shit for once.
The RA at my student dorms became even more of an unrepentant asshole. People thought he was doing it himself just to have an excuse to crack down on people. He became so disliked they made him step down as an RA and put someone else in his place. You know the fucked part? I still didn't stop doing upper deckers.
