| hi! i’m sakura or sakuramilk, 22F in the EST timezone! i am currently craving a monster hunter (the game series) roleplay as i absolutely ADORE the games. this can be based around any game, but i had a female skittish mizutsune in mind to play for this! you may play either a hunter or monster, whichever sounds more fun! monsters will be able to speak, so our characters can communicate regardless. :)
| the plot depends on our characters and such, but i’d love to discuss and come up with something together we’d both enjoy! either way we can also just go with the flow. i personally really like angst, action, drama, and romantic themes especially a bit of enemies to lovers,,, but none of that is required! i just personally avoid slice of life.
| i’m looking for a semi-literate to literate style for this! about 1-3 paragraphs— i’m not overly picky on length, just give me something to work with and don’t give one liners! additionally, please only interact if you’re 18+! our characters will also be of age. i only roleplay on discord, so! we can totally move there when we’ve discussed things on here! please shoot me a message if this caught your interest at all :D !

2025.01.23 22:30 ratarley ULPT Request: How to annoy my roommate and her GF

I've been living with my roommate for almost 2 years now and she is the laziest and most disrespectful person I have ever met. She leaves garbage everywhere and is constantly high. Her girlfriend is at my apt 24/7 despite this being a violation of our lease.
Both of them are extremely loud, stomping upstairs, slamming all doors and cabinets and playing music and shows obnoxiously loud. They also use up probably 80% of our shared kitchen space and are constantly cooking which makes it difficult for me to eat. My roommates car has had a flat for 6 months now, and both of them use the GF's car that is parked in guest parking every night, causing them to slam the door next to my room all the time.
I'm not sure if all their actions are malicious because they have smoked their brain cells away and act like toddlers, however I am over it and want them to be as miserable as I am. I am moving out in August and want to know how I can make their lives living hell, preferably with plausible deniability on my part.

This is my first year doing this and overall got $200 worth of stuff off of $75 so not bad. I love the lipstick and highlighter trio, and the moisturizer is really nice and silky but very light. However, I don't have a need at all for the brush or the serum (it's a dandruff reducing serum) and would love to trade to anyone interested. The palette is also really pretty, but I rarely ever wear eyeshadow so open to trading that too. 2025.01.23 22:30 Psychological-Win200 Unpopular but effective weight loss advice

1. Don't use oil sprays. Healthy fats (olive, BUTTER (yes butter), tallow, etc are amazing for your health. I've lost over 40 pounds and gained 20 pounds of muscle in that time. It's great for hormones)
   
2. Don't be scared of food. If you genuinely eat healthy I promise you you can absolutely stuff your face and still lose weight. Ever try eating 300 calories of carrots or strawberries in one sitting? Good luck.
   
3. Prioritize Fats. Touching up on point 1. When I started tracking my macros I realized I was barely eating any fat at all (because of all the gym bro advice saying "chicken and rice bro!). Once I bumped it up my hormones got better and I got leaner. So make sure you're eating at least 60-80 grams of fat.
   
4. Stop doing cardio. Throughout my transformation I rarely ever ran or did medium intensity cardio. Only walking or sprints. And it worked. I went from quite fluffy at 210 to having abs at 170. This is because cardio (like jogging or running) spikes your cortisol which is bad for hormones.

I’m just having such a frustrating week at work and I just need to know whether I’m reading too much into shit or what and how other women have dealt with it.
I’m just getting an increasing sense that no one listens to me and I have no idea why. It’s kind of borderline gaslighting at this point, if I find an issue with a problem I normally document it and more often than not try to find at least the beginnings of a solution. I get straight up ignored or my solution gets picked appart for not being perfect and people forget about it and move on. Weeks or months down the line the very same problem gets raised and now everyone cares, everyone wants to find a solution and ofteny initial solution, while not perfectly thought through, ends up being the answer.
I’m also getting this gut feeling that this male co-worker really is just super self serving potentially to the point of throwing people under the bus and I think he may have contributed to someone in my team getting fired.
He seems to have this attitude of shitting on any project he’s not involved, I suspect, to make himself look good in meetings. He also seems to pick the CEO pet projects to make himself look good. There have been instances where I felt like he pulled these little power trips on me like purposely giving me harsh feedback in earshot of the CEO.
Like I love my job but this environment is just not sustainable. So how did you gals deal with not being listened to at work and with coworkers being controlling?
