My baby's pediatricians keep going back and forth on if it's CMPA, MSPI, GERD, colic, we just ruled out pyloric stenosis at least. Every few days they call or I have an appointment and they tell me it's likely this other thing, that other thing. Wtf. I just need to vent because all I want is for my baby to feel better, but we're really playing a guessing game.

I completed my longest distance to date last weekend (52 miles…I DNFd my first 100K attempt due to extreme foot soreness and didn’t want to risk injury when I was barely able to hike 40 min miles at that point but it was still a distance PR for me!) and have since been recovering. My body feels a lot better now, no foot soreness besides a bit when I first wake up and I’ve been doing short easy hikes the last couple of days to ease back in, and sleeping 9-10 hours a night.
But my appetite hasn’t really come back. I’m still trying to eat, but getting full quickly. I wasn’t able to stomach much after the first 35ish miles of the race, and had to make myself choke down gels every 30 minutes. I was able to eat more when I got home after the race but I expected to be ravenous a few days later, like I have been after previous races (I’ve done 4 other ultras in the 50K-60K range, plus two trail marathons, all in the past three years).
I think part of it may be due to grief, as I just lost my grandpa yesterday, and dealing with the stress around that before/during/after my race, as well as the stress of the race itself and having to go back to work, but I don’t want to impede my recovery by not eating enough. I also have an eating disorder history and don’t want to go back down that slippery slope.
Any advice for how to navigate this?

In my opinion, THE FINALS is at its absolute peak when you're trying out all the wacky combinations of weapons and playing it for fun. My friend and I built this randomizer called Finals Roulette (https://finalsroulette.com/) to satisfy our desire to roll builds.

Regardless, I wanted to share what we've been working on without overshadowing other amazing work from the community. Our app is a wee bit different from the other one and has been a blast to build over the last week. I'll be continuing to add features and updates as more content rolls out for THE FINALS.
Some features:
- Roll randomized loadouts for THE FINALS
- Loadouts are mostly random, however, we give slightly more weight to weapons, gadgets, and specializations that have been recently buffed to try and push us towards things we may or may not normally use!

Hey guys, a few days ago I mentioned that I use Anti-Stringing PLA for my minis and promised to share some pictures. This is the first time I've directly compared my cheap "terrain printing" €9 recycling PLA to the €20 Anti-Stringing PLA, and to be honest, I'm kind of surprised.
Both prints are not optimal, and support failures are something I encounter way too often with the Anti-Stringing PLA, for my taste. I thought it was just a size or settings issue, but it seems the supports on the recycling PLA are much sturdier and more durable, though there's an insane amount of stringing. On the other hand, I'm positively surprised by the "lightning" thing in the back of the black mini. This thing was completely eliminated with the Anti-Stringing PLA and it fused entirely with the right leg of the mini.
Also, please note that I only removed the supports and didn't do any further cleanup to make the comparison as fair as possible.

2025.01.23 23:11 dark2023 Heard we're posting impractical/silly pistols.
 | All the pistols I'd never carry, take to a CCW course, or match. A Polish P64 and Hungarian Pa63 would also be here if I still had 'em (got rid of my 9 makarov pistols after the import ban). The 2 S&Ws with matching grips are family heirlooms from 3 generation's back, the ivory grips were lost over time but I'm getting acrylic reproductions made... at some point. My 3 favorites got their own pictures too. The Beretta Minx in 22s was custom threaded and is just an incredibly fun, cheap to shoot, and downright tiny suppressor host. Much thinner and a better SAO trigger than the Bobcat. It's the only tip-up Beretta I'd never sell or trade. The Vz.61 Skorpion is still a work in progress and has been seen here prior, still needs the trigger guard riveted and a few other small touches but has already been SBR registered. I tend to actually shoot it more often w/ the separate 22lr upper, though the stock is definitely on the minimalistic side. The Savage 1907 is just a gorgeous and oddly modern design. Rotating barrel, double stack 10rd mag, striker fired, w/ a manual slide-lock and loaded chamber indicator. Plus, the most clever mag release ever seen in the pocket pistol era. It's basically just a recessed button in the front toe of the grip but it was intended for use in either the European or American manner. For Americans, used to drop free mags and a one handed button, you can release it with just the pinky finger of your firing hand, and it drops free. But, for Euro pistol users, used to a the claw/hook on the bottom of the grip operated with the opposite hand (think P38 or Makarov), this pistol has a cut-out in the same spot and you can then use your index finger to operate the mag release.
