Hello everyone. Advice and personal experience needed. I'm 21 F and I've been loosing my hair since about age 17. The hair loss does not seem to be attributed to anything in particular and I did not see significant improvement with stopping/starting different regimens. I will provide all of my info here if anyone would like to take the time to offer some advice/do a case study on me lol. Its just getting so exhausting to constantly be worried about and hopeless about my hair loss. I have about 1/3 of the density that I used to have as a child. I feel as if no medications or solutions help. Has anything shown SIGNIFICANT regrow for anyone?? I've used products to slow the thinning but I'm looking for things that have actually improved hair density and thickness and not just slowed the process. Any advice is appreciated.
Female 21- hair loss at around age 17- mother also has been loosing hair since about that age
Hair loss is mainly a widening of part but I am seeing an overall thinning, but I have no bald patches.
I currently take adderall, propanolol PRN anxiety, and zoloft. (hair loss began before these meds)
I have gotten my hormones/vitamins checked out and all were normal except testosterone was slightly elevated.
I currently have an IUD and think my hair loss may have gotten worse after having said IUD, but I also started my degree around that time so maybe it's just increased stress?
I use minoxidil 5% foam on the top of my head around the part morning and night. Lately it does not seem to be doing a very good job although I'm sure if I stopped id be devastated.
I take prenatal supplements, work out occasionally, and try to get adequate protein in my diet.
I assume it is AGA because of my hair loss pattern and because of the parallels with my mom. She also uses minoxidil but it has been unsuccessful.
I used to do scalp oiling with rosemary and castor oil 2-3 times a week but stopped when I began using minoxidil. Not sure which is more effective.
Hair loss has increased recently. Maybe because I am in college/stressed/upset about hair loss? Not sure.
What products shown significant improval in the long term?

Okay so i had a pc that bricked it yesterday and i tried switching the psu from the old one to the an old one i had, everything booted up perfectly till it came to my NVME which just won’t show on the Disk Management. It worked completely fine on my last pc so im just a bit confused, I have the B450 Aorus Elite Mobo. My bios is dated at 2019 so im not sure if thats the issue or not?
