(16f) hi! i am interested in growing muscle in my arms. however i just came across a concern. my main interest is to have muscle and minimal fat in my arms. the goal is to look like Ellie Williams from The Last of Us. is it possible that if i start growing muscle in my arms, the fat will stay and ill just end up making my arms twice the size? because that is not my goal. will growing arm muscle replace the fat in my arms somehow? or will my fear happen and ill just end up with my existing fat + the muscle that i build? i really dont want fat muscle arms lmfao. thanks!

2025.01.24 00:29 Smart-Swan2942 Supplemental or new claim?
I’m so confused by all these forms. I have two 10% claims for a total of 20%. One is from a broken foot and one is from a back injury that they seemed to have classified as a “muscle spasm”. How a muscle spasm now gives me neuropathy in my arms and hands and migraines …. ? 😒 I filed a supplemental claim for the migraines and neuropathy and after 4 months was denied any more compensation. Then found out I have scoliosis (which I did not have before obv) and arthritis in my neck ( injury was to my neck and upper back). My question is , should I have filed a new claim entirely for each of these things rather than a supplemental claim? These things keep getting worse and I’m not sure what to do. I’m not trying to get 100% here but I know my pain is more than 20%. I’m only 44 yrs old and now I have arthritis?! I signed up to work with the DAV but those meetings are only once a month. Any advice is appreciated

This has been an issue for me my whole life and I really don't know how I can combat this. It makes me feel really embarrassed. When I try to stop, it makes it worse. Does anyone have any advice? On January 22, there were numerous calls for service involving a man in a van who was reported to have harassed women at locations across the city.It appears that Kerry Michael Diamond has been prosecuted no less than 9 times in just Lane county for the following crimes: Failure to Report as a Sex Offender, Public Indecency (Felony level, x2), Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree (x3), Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree (x4), Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree (x3), Unlawful Use of or Failure to Use Lights, Operating a Vehicle Without Driving Privileges.
At approximately 8:32 a.m. Eugene Police received a call about a disorderly man at the Dari Mart, 111 West 1st Avenue, who was reported to have aggressively asked a woman for sex and groped her. When he was told to leave, the suspect moved his van outside of the store and continued to stare toward the victim.
At 8:59 Eugene Police were dispatched to E. 18th Avenue and Patterson Street after a report of a man chasing a woman, threatening to kill her. The woman had run into traffic form him and to get help. Bystanders came to her aid, and she accepted an emergency ride offer from one. Central Lane 911 dispatch advised the suspect in the call may be the same one from an earlier call, where the suspect groped a woman in the 100 block of Monroe Street and fled. The suspect was in a van and officers located it near W. 18th Avenue and Chambers Street. The driver, 35-year-old Kerry Michael Diamond, was taken into custody without incident.
During an investigation, officers found another case that occurred shortly before Diamond was taken into custody. A woman had called 911 about being flagged down by a woman running with her two dogs. The woman had been approached by a man matching Diamond’s description and did not comply with Diamond’s requests to release her dogs. The suspect is reported to have gotten out of his van and chased her. She didn’t have her phone at the time, and a bystander called for her. She later contacted police to report the incident.
Diamond lodged at Lane County Jail on a charge of Sex Abuse in the Third Degree, as well as three counts of Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree, and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

It also appears that Wednesday of last week, Diamond had a felony-level Public Indecency case from June of last year dismissed because he was found to be (mentally?) unfit.
Oregon has the highest number of sex offenders per capita (1, 2) in the United States and Lane County has the 3rd highest number of sex offenders in Oregon.
Despite being required to register as a sex offender, Diamond did not appear on the Oregon Sex Offender registry search. Only Level 3 sex offenders, the worst of the worst, are available to the public. This and the prohibition on mugshots makes Oregon an attractive destination for criminals like him.

3 month old nostril piercing, but have been dealing with this bump for about 2 months ish. i clean it 2x a day with neilmed, dry it with toilet paper. Only major incidents i’ve had was having my glasses snag it a few times :/ I visited my piercer last month and all they said was to downsize, but they couldn’t downsize me due to the bump, and to that, they only said keep doing my usual. Is this a normal irritation bump? Or is it something not worth keeping the piercing?

Our girl is 10 weeks (almost 11) and drinking around 27/28 ounces a day. This is usually in 3/4 oz bottle interments. She’s growing good and I know that is all that matters, but I can’t help but compare when I see babies her age are eating 6 oz bottles.

I personally like a taller Batman. Why? Because it shows that Batman is literally PEAK human in every way and is still only a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of Superman's power.
And no, this isn't about who's better. I'm speaking from an artistic perspective. It's ironic that someone as big and tall as Bats isn't as powerful as Supes.
It also plays into Clark blending into regular society. Cavill's height of 6'1 meant he was tall but just tall enough to not stand out.
Again, this isn't a WHO'S BETTER post. I'm just asking if fans need Superman to be within a certain height range. It's the same as hair color, eye color debates.
