The average cost of an apartment in Halifax right now is 2100 bucks give or take. They say you should spend no more than 30% of your gross on rent, and most places won't even let you rent unless your income meets this threshold.
We can now rake in the numbers.
2100 is 30% of 7000. You would need to make 84000 dollars per year after taxes which if you factor your net in, would be roughly 127 000 dollars per year or 65 dollars an hour at 40 hours a week or so. This is hyper unrealistic. What has happened to our country?

Creo que todo el mundo sabe que el campo laboral en chile esta como el loli y que hay demasiado profesional, levantas una roca y te salen 10 ingenieros. Los sueldos son bajos, la cesantia alta y hay carreras con una empleabilidad bajisima donde la mas baja es 56,1%. (Odonto)
La solución es dificil, pero tenemos un superavit de profesionales. No se que opinan.

24 y/o female 5’3, 120. I’m pretty athletic / fit. After my workout at the gym today I went to sit down and had my legs stretched out. As I was sitting, I heard / felt a huge pop in my hip. It was a super sharp pain then went away and I was fine. Few hours later and my glute kills. Hurts to walk up the stairs and has a dull pain constantly. Anyone have any ideas of what may have happened??

I (25) F have been with my (28)M fiancé for 7 years and going on 4month engaged. His mom is a pain point for and sometimes him.
I’ve always known she’s a very clingy mom. I gave her ALOT of grace because she was nice. However it had gotten to a point where I had told my then boyfriend that he needed grow up or I would leave.
Things got a lot better when he moved out and we got a place together. Distance helps, but of course this is when passive aggressive comments/“jokes” started. she constantly compares herself to me in every way she can. If she makes rice, she”ll always be it’s “I know it’s not as good as yours” totally unprovoked. She also copies me. When I started getting eyelash extensions, she got eyelash extensions. If I bought new Nikes, she’s get the same Nikes. You get the idea. She’s always making comments that “everyone loves (my name) so much” or when she didn’t want me touching her new puppy because “I would steal this baby from her too”.
fast forward to today, we’re 4month engaged. It’s ALWAYS been the plan to go on a nice trip and both Elope and be on our honeymoon and then later have a small reception afterwards on our 1st anniversary. we finally let her know after much anxiety, and she took it better then I expected from what I was told. I had my fiancé tell her alone. however right after she called me and immediately said “you can take my son anywhere you want to marry him, but I’m getting my mother son dance”. I immediately made it a point to say that I wasn’t “taking” him anywhere & we made that decision together because that’s what WE want. She didn’t respond.
she’s now asked a hand full of times if she can come on our elopement/honeymoon with us. In her mind us 3 on our honeymoon wouldn’t be weird. I always say no. Her comments about me stealing her son have gotten even more frequent. I am losing my mind.
Today, she has made the announcement that she wants us to go on a trip to OH before he gets married. while she was bring it up to me, she joked that she “wasnt going to let me come on this trip because I wont let her go on our elopement/honeymoon trip” and I nearly lost it. And to top it off, she wants ME to plan the trip. we BOTH expressed to her that maybe this year isn’t the best because we’re both planning a lot with our elopement/honeymoon. BUT of course whenever her son disagrees or says no to her it’s immediately MY FAULT AND ONLY BECAUSE OF ME. My fiancé does stand up for me which I so appreciate it. But he doesn’t see the passive aggressive-ness because she phrases these comments as “jokes”. He just says to joke back. If I joke back, the petty bitch in is going to come out real quick.
I’m very frustrated and want to stand up to her, but I’ve never been good at setting boundaries with people I’m not entirely comfortable with. I also am scared of causing a rift between my fiancé and her. He doesn’t have a lot of family he’s really close with so I feel terrible. i feel like I have to or I’m really going resent myself and my fiancé if I have to deal with this any longer because deep down I know it’s only going to get worse, especially when we have kids she’s calling “her babies”.
There’s so much more I couldn’t include here, but if I did this post would be never ending.

I have gotten both today and have spent the past hour or two attempting to mount my pedals to my playseat formula intelligence seat. I cannot find any holes that will mount it. Can somebody show me what they have used as mounting points to bolt the same pedals onto their frame with? Thank you.

2025.01.24 03:24 andrew6197 How to avoid Ketzuli radial beam attack?
So I’m on A3, fighting ketzuli. I can dodge most of his attacks no problem, yet when he does his radial beam attack I just take all the damage. I’m not even standing in it. I’m running in a circles around him and still getting hit. How do you avoid this attack? Do you just have to get behind him? Is there a “safe” distance that has to be maintained? I can already figure out “avoid the beam”, but like I said, even when I’m out of it, at a distance, I’m still taking damage. The slowing orbs or sideline fireballs aren’t hitting me either. This one attack has resulted in numerous losses so far when I’ve almost beat him. The best solution I have is just flask through it so far, because that’s about all I can do to mitigate the radiant damage it gives off for whatever reason.
