I tried to make it work, I stayed with the quiet version of them for a year, I begged them to speak to me, that never happened. I'm sorry I cannot continue this anymore for the sake of my own mental health. If you didnot want me you could've atleast had the balls to end it yourself, but you didn't, instead you put me thru this misery for a year. You don't even have the courtesy to talk to me properly once in a fking month. I wish I never met you. This is my lil lady! She's on the younger end for a dragon and the first full blown dragon oc i've made. I had her commissioned by the artist shown in the bottom right of the image. This was done a while ago but they were still a delight to work with and helped me put my thoughts to image.
The dragons in my setting were an attempt at trying to find "Reasons" for a myriad myths and common themes found in dragons. This might be a bit of a 'lore dump' I guess but I never got to use her for anything and really want to share lol.
Dragons value respect a LOT in a lot of media, and in this setting it mostly originates from their magic. Dragons are magical generators, producing a VAST quantity of magic FAR beyond what any dragon could conceivably use. This excess energy escapes their body as an "aura" that they have a fair amount of control over. The older a dragon gets, the larger and denser this aura becomes. This is a problem because dragons can physically SEE this energy, like a different wavelength of light. Due to this, the older a dragon gets, the more difficult it becomes for them to see and interact with more subtle and fragile magic, such as illusions, making it INCREDIBLY effective against them.
As mentioned before, dragons have a modicum of control over their aura. Between dragons age is by far the most respected trait, partially out of fear. Dragons that live to a certain age begin to develop several abilities centered on using their aura to interact with the creatures within it. Namely, being able to artificially increase gravity, create an aura of magical fear, "crush" opposing spells before they can be fully cast, and more. Old dragons demand respect, and the young give it freely, out of both awe and fear of the elder who can literally force them to their knees at any moment with little more than a thought.
Hordes, no matter the media this tends to come up as a common trait for dragons. I love the idea that due to their age, and how much their young lives tend to be centered on appeasing others older than themselves, many if not all dragons tend to naturally develop the habit of jealously guarding anything and everything they consider theirs. This hoarding isn't always treasure, though every single horde may as well be for the dragon who owns it. However, an interesting fact is that the lack of full control over the magic their bodies output constantly tends to result in items they frequently remain near spontaneously developing minor "enchantments" especially leaning in the direction of the sort of magic the dragon naturally uses. Evocation, Necromancy, ect ect.
The parts of a dragon are exceedingly valuable, as even after their death the parts of a dragon are the single best material in this reality for containing and interacting with VAST quantities of magic. The problem is that all this magic has to go somewhere when they die. This proves a problem because the death of a dragon tends to release so much magical energy it's an ecological disaster. The released magic can have any number of effects on the surrounding land depending on many factors. The dragon's age, their favored magic, the land itself, the things that call that land home. Many sites of magical relevance and religious significance to groups such as Druidic sects or Magical Schools are actually burial sites for notably old dragons. On the opposite end, many sites of disaster, disease and chaos are also sites of the death of old dragons.

So we all know that our milk changes and adjusts as our babies grow…so does the milk that I produced at say month one and two still provide the proper nutrients and caloric value for my now 5 month old?

I ordered an ASUS gaming keyboard, and it was delivered by FedEx. As soon as I opened the box, I found an ASUS TUF gaming keyboard instead. When I called customer service, they gave me a tough time and blamed everything on me. The representative was so ignorant, insisting that it wasn’t possible, even though I sent her photos as proof. They asked me to send additional photos, which I did, but it’s been a while, and I haven’t received a single reply. Now I’m out $700, and I’m going to file a complaint with consumer protection and send an email to the ASUS CEO. I hope ASUS sees this post and helps me resolve the issue.

2025.01.24 00:40 REACTlNG XApp Only shows one picture and doesn’t show the rest on my camera to download
 | When I open up XApp and connect to my camera, it only shows one picture (the latest picture taken), with the message “receiving thumbnail images. It may take a while to build the database in the camera.” After that, the rest of the images on the camera do not load no matter how long I wait. Is this a setting issue? I have not had this issue until about 5 days ago. I have tried resetting my camera, redownloading the app, trying the app on different phones, and it all results in the same thing. How do I fix this?
