2025.01.24 00:22 Mister-Gentleman Content Difference: RS3 VS OSRS
I've been wanting to get back into Runescape and I wanted to start fresh with a new account. I played through the tutorial of both RS3 and OSRS and things seemed so radically different. I was then looking up the fedora item (Seeing if I could plot an Indiana Jones build in RS3), and found no confirmation that the Crazy Archeologist is still in RS3. This has made me wondering just how different the two versions are.
I'd love to systematically play through all of the story that Runescape has to offer (on the F2P front, at very least). What's the best way to do this? How different are the quest/item offerings of RS3 versus OSRS?

Hi !
I'm excited (and nervous) to say that I did my first dose of 2.5mg yesterday.
Maybe I'm being too impatient but I have to mention that I don't feel any suppression whatsoever..
did anyone else have this problem with the starting dose? I know that this isn't intended to work as well as it is more to get our bodies used to it but I think I just expected to immediately feel like food isn't a thought in my mind considering how others have described it ?

2025.01.24 00:22 awkward_peach Deficit OMAD (vegan)
Been on a severe deficit since the start of January and OMAD has made it so easy. I even get to have snacks. Usually done eating at 8-9p and don’t have my lunch coffee until 10-11a so a 13-15 hour fast in between (varies). Doing a high deficit just to get it over with, will be done in July. Not a long term thing.
I’ve lost a significant amount of weight before so I know about healthy habits, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed the ride to get here but it’s time to get back down lol
I aim for 55-75g of protein every day because I am vegan. Not nearly as much as most people have but it’s been working great for me. I walk 2 miles every single day (even weekends) and the water I chug during/after holds me over until dinner at 6p. Been doing a lot of curries, soups, tacos, and hot dogs (I love chilli hot dogs). I also love cauliflower rice!
For reference I am 5’4 around 160lbs (haven’t weighed myself in 2 weeks - going for monthly weigh ins because my cycle is whack). I weigh everything with a food scale and measuring spoons (for oil and spices). OMAD has saved my sanity.

Hi all;
I'm hoping someone can help me on this. I've been able to find some of the below info, but not from sources that are consider the gold standard. A graph in a document from an interest group may be accurate, but people legitimately question the source.
So any help on the following is appreciated:
- Colorado needs 20GW at peak peak. But obviously it does not need 20GWh * 24 per day. Is there anywhere in eia or elsewhere I can get the largest GWh/day, preferably worst winter and worst summer?
- Colorado is presently gas heat. Is there a way to determine the extra electrical needs if the state converts to say 50% heat pumps and 50% EVs. Yes that's aggressive but could hit that over the next 20 years.
- My guess is we will switch from larger peak in summer to larger peak in winter. And that impacts the utility of solar.
- I'm able to get a graph in eia showing the energy sources over a month for the PSCo BA.
- Is there a way to get it for the state of Colorado?
- Is this including power from out of state and not including power created in Colorado and shipped elsewhere? So a coal plant in Colorado who's power goes to Utah - not counted while a gas plant in New Mexico who's power comes here is counted?
- Is it smart enough that the pumped hydro station is filled with a collection of in-state and out of state sources of various types, and then some of it is delivered to Colorado the next day - that source is apportioned appropriately?
- Where can I get the breakdown of fuel sources for electricity for Colorado for 2024 (or 2023 if 2024 is not yet available)?
- Is there a way to get a graph over a month or more of wind generation hour by hour across the country? This is to see if the argument that there's always enough wind blowing somewhere that wind is not intermittent. (And yes we have 3 grids, but they are working on connecting them via HVDC - which should handle the mismatched phase issue).
- Where can I find graphs of the efficiency improvement and cost decrease of batteries (for wind backup) over the last 10+ years? This one is driving me nuts because it's in a ton of documents from interest groups, bloggers, etc. - but I can't find it as original data anywhere.

Hi. Long time lurker, first time poster… I’m debating on going to see Ghost for the first time ever. I’ve been hearing the no phones rule a lot, and I’m a bit… nervous on that. It’s probably anxious attachment, and the fact I won’t even have anyone to go with. One friend is offering, but he doesn’t know Ghost at all. Tried to get my mom to go since I introduced her to them, but she says she doesn’t know them enough to go with me.
I was wondering if anyone whose gone to any of their concerts WAY BEFORE this upcoming one… how safe are they?
And for those who may ask, I’m planning for the one in Cleveland.
