Managing a program where different development teams are delivering around 10 different product solutions (let’s call them projects). Each solution “lives” in a different vertical or business unit and has 1 delivery lead that is my POC. The delivery leads are currently sending project status reports weekly to stakeholders. (the normal stuff specific to development updates) now that i’m onboard i will be sending out program status reports. I don’t want to replace what they are doing and also don’t want them to be off the hook for reporting status. What suggestions do you have on the best way to structure the reporting of these 10 “projects” and leverage that they are currently sending? Don’t want to overwhelm stakeholders with info but also want to keep these delivery leads on the hook for providing status and accountable for delivery.

Bought a new usb type-c AC adapter from a third party that sell fresh from factory and claims to be Lenovo Thinkpad compatible. The wattage, voltage, and amperes looks to be similar to the original one that my Thinkpad came with. However, despite the new adapter able to charge my Thinkpad, when using it while plugged in, my laptop became noticeably slow and sluggish. Changing to the original or unplug the laptop seems to be working fine while using. I don't understand if the W, V, and A gives similar output, what other factor could it be that causing it to behave slow and sluggish. Appreciate every insight that you can give

I have a question regarding an EV lease I got in December 2024. The dealership is telling me they "baked" the $7,500 tax rebate into the price of the car and that and it reflects in the residual pricing. I am calling BS on this. I asked them for the paper work required to claim this rebate and they keep trying to defer me to GM financial. I have a feeling 1 of 2 things is happening. 1. The dealership didnt think we would catch it and they are trying to claim it themselves or 2. they didnt file the paperwork correctly and I am screwed. How do I go about claiming this rebate? Am I out the money or is there a way around this? The dealership also tried to tell me the rebate was not good on a lease after I questioned the residual thing. I did search a bit and found out a lease should qualify for the rebate but where is it at this point.
