Now there are multiple people in my position and someone is transferring from it to a different location. So they are probably just filling in the gap he leaves. But I'm nervous.

2025.01.24 05:33 Jesus359 Doublechecking my HA instance on the web. Help please.
I want to make sure I did this correctly. I know there are still huge security risks just by exposing my instance to the web.
Here is what I have: HomeAssistant(Pi4)>NabuCasa>CustomDomain(Porkbun)>Cloudflare as DNS. subdomain.domain.com does get to my hone instance. The SSL/TLS(?) was set to Full(Strict) and when adding the CNAME, I enabled the Cloudflare proxy (orange cloud).
I have a feeling I need to do something with the SSL Certs, or is all of that handled by Cloudflare/Porkbun? Anything else I should enable/disable?
I tried to set up fail2ban but theres an error, Im guessing its not needed since its goes through NabuCasa?
I wont keep this instance on the web this has been more of a self-taught moment more than anything. I do plan on having a Wikipedia instance up through another server.

I don’t remember much about the book itself other than the fact that there was this one scene where the girl dives off a cliff and it’s this super big moment for some reason, i also remember the cover being her underwater and the novel called something about breathing
I distinctly recall myself checking it out cause the title was ironic but idk
Otherwise what i remember was that it was about a girl maybe going out of town? And she finds this abandoned shed or something on the beach and she meets these guys and has fun
idk if it was about diving or maybe overcoming her fear of water but i’m not sure about that

After years of not going to therapy, because I wasn't having any luck finding good therapists, I decided to finally try again. I was going to use Better Help, but they don't accept insurance. I ended up going to Grow Therapy instead.
Took me a lot of time to search & read bios until I finally found who I thought would be a good fit. She is a licensed clinical social worker with 25+ years of experience. She specializes in multiple things, but trauma & PTSD were the two main things I was looking for.
I was glad to see the amount of experience as well. Discovered my insurance would cover the appointments so I scheduled one. This was around a year ago. Things started off fine, we'd get on video chat & have our sessions & they were going great.
Fast forward 3-4 months, the site or her computer started acting up, so we started doing phone call appointments instead. Fast forward a little further and sessions start starting later & ending a little early. Now, I do know he dad lives with her & she takes care of him.
I'm sure that's a lot to deal with. It's been happening a lot though. Almost every session(once a week) she isn't ready to call me till 10-15mins after the scheduled time. Then if, say, my appointment is till 6pm, she'll stop about 10mins early.
I usually keep talking or bring up something I meant to mention so that I get my last few minutes at least. She also has a habit of not getting back to me about making a new appointment if I need to cancel.
I've went a couple weeks without talking, because I had to cancel an appointment & she didn't get back to me about another time or to even tell me she couldn't reschedule me.
There have also been many times my appointments were canceled or moved for various reasons. I don't know, I'm starting to wonder if she's getting tired of talking to me. What are your opinions? Anyone ever experience anything similar?

No pensé que haría un post de este tipo, más sabiendo cuánto me molestan. Pero solo quiero ver sus puntos de vista. Me considero una persona sacrificada a sus objetivos y metas. De una moralidad y ética utilitaria que buscan un bien mayor a pesar de la inmoralidad que conllevan su realización. Soy completamente consciente de que el estilo de vida al que me van a llevar me van a poner en constante riesgo, y eso es algo que acepto. Pensé que nunca podría amar a alguien en un sentido romántico. Pero para más mal que bien, estaba equivocado. Ella es...como un sentimiento indescriptible pero agradable. Una cálida sonrisa, carismática, de gran belleza y compartimos intereses. Es aquí que aparece la pregunta: ¿Hago bien en no intentar nada para evitar darle problemas a su vida? Tolero la soledad, pero realmente no quiero que le pase nada malo.

Sempre tive o sonho de fazer faculdade na unicamp, mas nunca consegui um desempenho tão bom no vest. Aos 17 fiz uma faculdade não muito concorrida, mas me frustrei. Comecei outra faculdade aos 22 anos, na Ufscar, mas agora, finalmente consegui, aos 24 anos, passar na Unicamp, no curso que sempre quis. Apesar de estar muito feliz, também me sinto muito atrasada pra começar a faculdade. Continuo na Ufscar para me formar no próximo ano ou vou para Unicamp em um novo recomeço? Velha demais aos 24 pra uma nova faculdade? como o mercado enxerga isso (me formarei aos 28/29)?
