I am mainly a Space Marine player but now I'm thinking of starting a 2nd army somewhere in the future, which is Tyranids because amongst all the Xenos races I love the Tyranids design the most. I'm unsure of which box to get because I'm thinking of either the Starter set because it also includes Space Marine units but the Tyranids battleforce box has the better looking models with the Hormagaunts, Genestealers and Norn Emissay. Any advice?

2025.01.24 02:51 NaperJP Bath Fan Wiring
I am replacing an old broken bath fan switch and running into some issues, here's my setup.
- Bath fan
- Fan light
- Fan night light
- Vanity light
- White is neutral
- Black is hot
- Red is fan
- Purple, runs out the side of this box and provides power to an outlet next to it (purple goes across top of black screw in image 2)
I tried wiring the fan similarly to a new Lutron Claro 3-way paddle switch, but the fan only works in the off position. The Lutron switch has 2 gold screws and one copper screw. Images 4,5 as to how I wired this.
Any ideas on how to wire this correctly so the fan works with the switch in the on position? The paddle says Lutron on it, otherwise I would just turn it upside down. I am planning to replace the dual switch also as part of that is breaking.

A name associated with one of the most incredible motorcycles of its time, and coincidentally my fatherβs Instagram handle, profile picture, and favorite conversation starter. Despite not being blood, I had always admired my father and felt as if he was no different. There from my birth, he and his motorcycle had been and always would be important symbols to me. I never was allowed to ride it, but I was promised a joyride on my 15th birthday. The day finally came and with a wide grin lighting up my face, I hopped upon the two-wheeler happily. As I grasped my fatherβs stomach from behind, I felt my grip slip quickly. One second Iβm excited to live my wildest childhood dream, the next I am watching my father crush my nondominant wrist with the rear wheel of his motorcycle, as I lay sprawled across the concrete driveway.
I spent a week in a hospital as my body rejected placing metal in my arm, surrounded by some of the least empathetic doctors Iβd ever met, with the exception of a few. Compassion was something I yearned for, given my arm was shattered into pieces from 1000+ pounds of pure metal and rubber. They felt judgemental and made me insecure of myself, perhaps due to my age and immaturity. The doctors performed numerous procedures on me, inserting and removing metal rods and plates, and yet Iβd never see them afterward. If I did, it was brief and cold conversations with little involvement from myself. As my parents left for work, I remained under close supervision, by some wonderful nurses and still a few doctorial visits. One nurse stood out to me above the rest.
My mother convinced me nursing was a feminine job, and that men were incapable of caring for another soul the way a woman would. Nurse Amari showed me otherwise, he was compassionate and trustworthy, far more than my doctors while caring for me as my mother had denied being possible. There was a level of respect in his care almost as if he was caring for his own family. I was only 15, and yet he made me feel mature. We spoke of sports, and we even watched some football together. He was something to look forward to when I woke up (as he shared when heβd see me next) and made up for the negativity I felt from surrounding nurses. Like any child, I had entertained the idea of being a surgeon, but merely due to the lucrativeness. After my experience in the hospital, I felt as though I wanted to care for people the way he did, down to a tee despite my motherβs advice.
My high school had a wonderful pre-nursing program, and I had opportunities to see and experience multiple healthcare settings while obtaining a CNA. Contrary to popular belief, I found my favorite rotation in the children's psych ward. Teaching and entertaining children who were burdened with life-shattering mental illness was comforting and rewarding. I felt like a modern-day male candy striper and took full advantage of that feeling. The children always looked kindly towards me, and excitement filled me with joy as some patients greeted me at the same time every day awaiting my arrival, ready with cards and board games. Even with loads of schoolwork and pre-clinical studying, smiling faces made these worries disintegrate, and often motivated me to prepare myself the best I could. I attempted to integrate my coursework into my clinical studies but found that being myself was just as productive and rewarding when dealing with younger patients. Occasionally, I would even be permitted extra time in the ward on days when I had no other obligations, and even when I did, I tried my best to prioritize the kids. My mother claimed male nurses make women βuncomfortableβ, but these children saw nothing but a smiling face and someone willing to listen and interact with them. Gender was not of importance to them.
To me, being a nurse doesnβt mean putting yourself in someone elseβs shoes, it means putting yourself into someone elseβs body, physically and mentally. It means taking a scary experience and having the ability to instill positivity against all odds. So many people require care but are insecure and worried about the outcomes that may be associated with it. Nursing is as much ability as it is confidence because all it takes is one Amari to change your perspective. The way I look at it, every word, comment, and news that leaves your mouth and action you take has the potential to change a patientβs whole visit or possibly their perception of their caregivers. Once the mental battle is won and the patient is comfortable, the body can rest without stress. A smile is always a great start, bless your heart, Amari.

The 2005 movie is the first one I watched, so I admit I think I'm a bit biased toward it. But I've recently watched the 1995 show, and I can honestly say that, depending on the day, i'm not sure which one I prefer, lol. Also, take all this with a grain of salt from someone who hasn't read the book yet but will soon!
Here's what I prefer from the 1995 show: Costume design: more accurate to the time as far as I can tell Storyline: sooo many more details that helped me understand the fullness of the story, and I really loved how we got more detailed Mr. Darcy POV Wickham: he's much more loathsome, which I think is necessary for the audience to depict from his character Mr. Collins: I think the actor played this character is SUCH a cringey way that makes it perfect for the audience to realize how odd this man is (though I'll never get over the perfect delivery of "what excellent boiled potatoes" from the 2005 movie!)
Here's what I prefer from the 2005 movie: Mr. and Mrs. Bennet: I think the father is much more lovable and fatherly, and I think the mother is funnier to watch Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy: I'm a sucker for the "enemies to lovers" trope, and I just think these two had SUCH chemistry in that regard, that I can't help but love it so much more in the movie than in the show. Lady Catherine: I think she is easier to dislike in the movie, and the argument between her and Lizzy is just so much more satisfactory to watch The ending: I think it boils down to I just felt much more chemistry between these actors than the show actors. None of the smiles between them seemed forced or awkward at the end (after they got to know each other)
Can't decide: Jane and Mr. Bingley: I think both sets play their roles really well, and that there is a similar type of chemistry that is shown.

I've been following Louis Rossmann's self-hosted tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Et5PPMYuOc8&t=4343s and I'm stuck with the DNS leak testing. All settings have been set to precisely what he stated and I even stopped the video numerous times to be sure that the settings that he doesn't point out explicitly also match on mine.
I have Verizon Fios and did a test before my changes where it shows that Verizon is the DNS server. The following is what I have done:
- Uncheck βAllow DNS server list to be overridden by DHCP/PPP on WAN.β
- Added the AdGuard DNS servers: 94.140.14.14 // 94.140.15.15
- Enabled DNS Resolver
- Enabled Forwarding Mode
- Hostname: unn-x-x-x-x.datapacket.com
- ISP: Cogent Communications
- Country: Chicago, US
Are there any other settings that I could be missing or testing that I can do? Or is this supposed to be the expected output and I'm just a noob who don't know nothing?

My next door neighbour and I drive almost everyday in her car for 30 minutes at least and have been doing so for a little under a year. She is a very confident driver and has her car and drives very well. I think she has not practiced parallel parking well enough in my opinion but otherwise great driver. We just need to brush that off in 1 hour max.
She failed her practical test a year ago and is persuaded not to do her test at the same test center because it has one of the lowest pass rates in the country. Prior to failing her test, she was only driving maybe once a week, so a very different position to today. She is currently thinking of other test centers with a much higher pass rate to do her test there maximum 1 hour away.
The problem is that I start a new job next month and will be unavailable to accompany her to her test elsewhere or even locally. Infact, I feel like our daily drives may soon stop because my new job requires more in person attendance.
She doesn't have much money and needs the licence for a new career path she is pursuing. Her idea is to find someone local to stay with her an hour before her test, just to learn the route and then sit for it. She is thinking Malton or environs. She is a lovely person honestly and I just want to see her win. What can she do?

bambu p1s .4 hardened steel nozzle. Noticed I was getting some sizing errors in my print. Design something in fusion, import it bambu studio, print it in pla and my size would be off by up to .5mm.
Went old school and printed a chep cube which came out 19.96x19.96x19.99.
printed the hollow cube for testing extrusion. 2 walls, layer height .2, line width .42. Came out .80 thick, .4 mm off.
Did flow dynamics calibration and it was a toss up between .015 and .02. .02 was previous.
Ran flow rate and it didnt change from previous.
Im thinking adjusting the shrinkage and/or x-y contour compensation. What is the best testing prints to dial these in?

For example, I just paid my bill for the last two month and its says I owe $0. How can I add money to my water account every couple of weeks for them to use once my bill arrives? Yes, I could just keep the money in my bank account but I'm bad at budgeting (trying to get better and find solutions) and it always finds somewhere else to go.
