The time has been flying by soooo fast! Sooo many millstones for me again since shattering my egg again! Two months on Ec and finisteride! My E is now 218 pg/ml at trough !!!! woohoo !!!! A few trips to a salon for facials and deep tissue massages, 1 1 hour session and had my 3rd 90 minute electrolysis session earlier this week! New appointment with a new dr. I asked him about all the referrals to have my insurance to begin covering electro as well as to start the process for an orchi and ffs! Highlight of my week is i just got home from a group therapy session tonight😁😁😁😁😁😁!!! Really my First time as myself in fifteen years!!!! OMG such an amazing group of wonderful women, so enthusiastic and inspiring in more ways i have ever imagined, felt soooo euphoric using my voice other than talking to an app for practice. Absolutely loving my new snowmobile earrings a dear male buddy friend of mine sent me a link to buy them. I am only out to a handful of awesome friends so far but day by day I consider kicking my walls down and making my life real!! I hope all you lovely people in my phone are finding you’re paths to becoming who you truly are no matter what the orange freak threatens us with!!! Please stand proud of yourselves and always support each other through these difficult times for ourselves, we will prevail from this tyrannical orange goblin!!!!!

For those that go Hard into something health related.. don't just start drinking something like pedialyte, or Gatorade all the time.
Most know there's a balance in water, no electrolytes dehydrate you, can cause swelling & will actually make you More thirsty & flush your body of nutrients because you're not holding on to the water.. Too much, you get heart issues, swelling, whole other tones of health issues.
There are many different Types of electrolytes as well, salt, potassium, etc. I personally notice, tap water would never, & does not do it for me. I get headaches, stomach aches, go to the bathroom more often. But distilled does the same, tastes better, but nit nessecarily better for me. Also in the meantime I found out I was allergic to fluoride, body aches, feeling ill, etc
I always thought bottled water was stupid, you pay so much for ...water ..until I had some of a specific kind someone got, all my issues went away, well water also did the same if I was anywhere that had it. I would bottle that sht like it was the last drop.
Just, regular non fluoride spring water.. spring water usually has some sort of electrolytes naturally, but each spring would have its different type, depending where it was from ..some do better with me, some don't but it was Amazing the difference. For health and hydration
If you want ro recreate this but don't want to buy all the time. You could invest in a remineralizer -deflourinator combo to attach to your sink.. You'd also want ro invest in one of those zero water readers so you know when to change..
In smaller version, I guess you could use zero water with mineral rocks in it.. but zero water always hurt my stomach made me feel weird for some reason..
Too little electrolytes, you can get swelling ..even brain swelling, dehydration, lack of nutrients staying in your system, constant thirst, urination (me personally) fatigue
To much ..you Have all the health problems that come with too salty, or sugar foods..
It's amazing the balance you can get from Just drinking water.. won't solve all your problems just like eating one salad a week doesn't make you vegetarian, but having No salad is substantially worse.
( I Know a lot of people on these can go overboard with health things, so again.. don't go chugging Gatorade, etc just because you heard electrolytes are good ..please)

What are the best practices to make Excel faster? I'm limitting my question to non-VBA. Some that I know are: 1. Referring to other sheet/workbook slow down calculation 2. Avoid using volatile/unpredictable functions (like INDIRECT) 3. Avoid deliberate use of lookup functions 4. Avoid referring to entire column/row
Here are some things not clear to me: 1. Does storing and opening file in NVME drive faster than HDD drive? Or does excel always run in temporary files in OS drive speed is negligible wherever it is stored and opened from? 2. How to refer to dynamic array? Like suppose I know A1 will always produce a row array of 1x3 size. Is it better to refer A2 as B2=INDEX(A1#,1,2) or B2 = A2? 3. Does LAMBDA functions generally slower than if a formula doesn't have LAMBDA?
What else make excel faster? Maybe some of these are micro-optimization, but I need every bit of improvements for my heavy excel. Thanks in advance.
