Help! All of a sudden my GarageBand won’t pick up my guitar plugged into the Scarlett. I can hear the guitar through the Scarlett so I know it’s working but GarageBand isn’t getting it. My input and everything is set to the right setting (as shown in the picture) but I can’t record. Anyone have any ideas as to why? I’m a beginner so I’m out of ideas. It’s has worked in the past but now I can’t get it to work. Thanks!

Possibly looking at purchasing this home, but not sure what to do with this space. Above the fireplace is much too small for our 75” tv so aside from removing it altogether (gas fireplace so it’s possible) we’re curious if y’all had any creative ideas.  | Need help to enhance the quality of an image My dad was robbed at work today and has security camera footage of the license plate of the person who robbed him. The only problem is that the video is a bit blurry and him and local law enforcement can’t make out all of the license plate. 2025.01.24 03:30 Temporary-Rate-6832 LR3 suspension fault
Hi all,
Not sure if this is the right place for this but here goes. I have a 2007 land rover discovery 3 TDV6.
It's been coming up with a suspension fault (normal ride height only) after about 2 mins of driving that prevents me from raising and lowering the suspension on the vehicle.
Its important to note however that the air suspension will raise and lower if I raise it before the error message. E.g I have the ability to lower the vehicle into access height before the error message appears, right as i first start the car.
The error message does not show up while in access height or offroad height. I can drive in access height for as long as I want. Given I don't exceed the 30kph speed or whatever that raises the suspension to normal ride height. Once I enter back into normal ride height, the error message appears. For me to raise or lower the car again I must turn off the vehicle and turn it on again and raise it before the error message.
For extra information: There is no leaks in any airbags and the compressor was rebuilt inside the last couple years.
I am thinking this is just a faulty sensor as the compressor and suspension system can still function. If so, what sensor might it be? And if its not a sensor, where should I look next?

I got accepted into uwindsor for mech eng w/ materials specialization but I'm waiting to hear back from western for chem eng (no hope for waterloo just applied to see what would happen). Am I cooked if I go into mech eng without learning CAD first? I've tried out a crappy free program and it did not go too well. I'm lowkey scared for it lol

Y’all I literally never post anything but I have to after just learning we aren’t getting a season 2. This show was so good.. I demanded anyone who asked “what are you watching” to watch this show! I've been doing art like, literally my whole life. Entire Highschool carreer was spent in art classes in addition to my core classes. I do love art, a lot. I love looking at others art and appreciating it. But lately I've been having trouble loving my own art.
I feel like me having trouble with my own identity all my life in addition to general indecisiveness has made it difficult for me to find my niche. I find it hard to find a style that i'm happy with, which leads to me changing pens and styles constantly. And I think it's contributed to me not liking my own art. The process isn't enjoyable for me anymore especially because I see people who are able to render so much better than me, yes I do find myself envious of them. Especially since digital art is such a struggle. I hate that my own ambition and craving improvement has ruined the process of art for me. And I know for a fact that one of the reasons I dont like my own art is because I feel like my coloring is always bad, partly why I rarely fully finish my art anymore.
I want to know if there's a way for me to enjoy my art again, even though i'm incredibly inconsistent. I don't want to envy other artists, I want to appreciate the effort they put into things rather than comparing it to my own art.

Anyone know if hashicorp offers support for companies that want to use Packer for on prem image builds.
I see that they have pricing for HCP Packer where you can send artifacts of the builds to their cloud. Looks like this is done using the normal packer.exe and some parameters in the HCL files.
Bottom line I'd like to start using Packer to mainly build images on prem (vmware, hyperV, xen, etc...) and maybe some cloud builds as well and get support if there are issues.

Hey, I have an idea for a story that may or may not translate into a book at some point. My protagonist Noah is a college student living in 1980s Texas. He has a crush on a girl in his class who reciprocates his feelings, the arc of both of characters leans in to the tragic. The stories main antagonist is a psychopathic sports jock who also happens to be HIV positive, the main character knows of him because he has been harassing his little sister. Towards the end of the story my protagonist and his crush go on a first date which ends badly because Noah is nursing a death in the family, he runs off when his crush tries to console him. As she walks home she bumps into the antagonist who she does not know, and has had no prior contact with, he seduces her into a one night stand. Noah as he is walking home witnesses his crush and the antagonist walking into his accommodation. Knowing of the disease he carries he enters the bedroom but it is too late, they are having sex. He drags the antagonist off his girlfriend. Would HIV WITHOUT the involvement of a condom transmit prior to climax? I mean would just having sex transmit the infection?
