I 31F live in the UK. I was made redundent during Covid where I used to work as a Quality Assessor. I have worked for a large company, where I was the one and only QA on the team. I would manage three departments on my own, paperwork, host meetings of up to 20 people, test products (after we produced them), contact companies, test products upon delivery, test metal detectors, weight machines, communicate with managers etc. Although I was introverted and quiet in personality, I would get the job done to a good standard and my manager was always happy with my work.
I moved to a new company where I had to start from scratch making friends. I have social anxiety due to past traumas, I met many negitive people who would judge me. Anyway this new job I started was hiring for a QA role, I put my name forward. They told me I needed to learn to communicate properly. This new QA role is in a company where it is not only smaller but has seven QA's doing the job on one shift.
I don't know why this comment upset me. The way I see it I have four years exsperience in the role and my personality traits shouldn't be something holding me back. I feel that they do not want me on the job and aren't being honest.
What do you guys think?

Homestead exemption applications are free to file. Most appraisal districts have them online. You can apply with a scan/photo of your DL. Your DL should have the address you are claiming homestead exemption for. It's an easy DIY and should take like 10 mins to complete the form. No need to pay anyone for this.
A fillable PDF is available on the Texas comptroller's website: https://comptroller.texas.gov/forms/50-114.pdf . You can also mail it to your appraisal district with a copy of your DL.
Apply now, before the CADs get busy with NoVs and protest season.
If you bought a few years ago and haven't applied for your homestead exemption, you can still do say and claim the exemption retroactively for the past two years. If approved, you will get refund checks.

This is for everyone. Don’t let shit hold you back in life. I had a criminal record from college for some petty weed but it blocked me from getting into finance. It never hindered me career wise but the FDIC of course doesn’t allow any records. Years ago I one day decided to randomly email Jamie Dimon thinking “what the hell it’s a 50/50 chance can reply to me”.
They did…and they helped me get into the industry. They provided me with a lawyer and all the assistance I needed to wipe my case, and got me an FDIC waiver. I entered the field as a banker in a branch and worked my ass off. A year later I switched to investments and got licensed and worked my ass off some more. Got good at my job. Went from being in a bank to becoming a full fledged Wealth Management Advisor, all without a degree. I just worked my ass off like the pursuit of happiness. Continued to get multiple designations and grow, do things the right way.
Currently working on finishing my bachelors in financial planning so I can sit for the CFP. I have two years left.
Jamie Dimon and his executive team didn’t have to do anything for me but they did and I’m forever grateful. They changed my life completely.

Tzeentch: Tzeentch most definitely hates the Tyranids. They have no ways to change because their modus operandi is eat, (sleep?), and reproduce. Their large numbers literally being anti-magic. And the closest they get to trickery is gene stealers.
Nurgle: Nurgle (probably) hates the Necrons. Nurgle represents life and disease, and the Necrons are the opposite in their state of undeath with their (mostly) disease proof metallic bodies.
Khorne: This one is the most straight forward, much like Khorne himself. He absolutely HATES the Tau. They are the counter to everything he represents. Khorne's whole schtick is violence and melee combat. Tau are all about coexisting, and when push comes to shove, doing that shoving from a noticable distance.
