Rin from the start to the current chapters has seen no real struggle at ALL. You can not tell me that Rin deserves to be put on a bigger pedestal after the current match. We have characters who have experienced actually hardships most can’t dare say they have gone through yet Rin’s (🙄) “Trauma” is that Sae said he wanted to be a midfielder.
HOW is he any different from the first chapter he was introduced in! Like seriously what is the main difference that doesn’t have Isagi’s name attached to it?
To start this discussion, lets revisit the beginning.
Sae returns home only for his little brother to give him sh*t. No how was your life for how many years had passed, etc. Fair, Rin was justified in his feelings to be upset that his dream with Sae was getting crushed out of the blue, but why did he not just ASK Sae the reason WHY?!
Like wouldn’t that be the first thing you would ask in his situation?
His personality became that of a used tissue paper after this and then he meets Isagi. Someone so below him he wonders why they are breathing the same air. But time passes and this inferior person is still around. Obviously someone like Rin wouldn’t think it’s right at all but for the first time in a while someone other than Sae is on his mind.
To me story wise, wouldn't it have been more interesting if Rin had Kaiser’s personality (rivalry-wise) and Kaiser had Rin’s?
Just my opinion.
Rin’s top seat is soooooo glued to his a*s that no one can realistically give a way for Isagi to win and finally move forward with the story and meeting other rivals in the upcoming WC, that doesn't make Isagi seem like it was just an obvious plot device.
No matter how much some people hate it, regardless of which character you love dearly, Isagi’s the MAIN CHARACTER.
The story can not move forward without Isagi. But how can the author make it so that even if you don’t like Isagi at all you still appreciate his story. Every arc, there comes a point where there is a surge of hate for Isagi after a particular moment. It wasn’t until manshine did people switch from “midsagi” to “plotsagi”
All of a sudden Isagi is TOO good for the story. He needs to be humbled, etc. But YET Rin is there unchanged. Rin was gone for a year but story wise it was only a few chapters so really him being the way he is now is just a massive eyeroll.
My question to you: “How the FU*K does that make any sense?!”
I have waited so long ever since this sub had only 27,000 people in it, for Isagi to finally be the main spotlight but at a grander magnitude, but even as the sub now has 300,000 members, Isagi’s place in his own story is this: “Isagi has gotten good…but Rin is still MILES ahead, bro.” 🤪
Conclusion: Thanks for reading to anyone who cared and I genuinely love this story so much. It has been fun following along and the discussions have been nice to read at times. I thank the creators dearly everyday for being able to read it.

Look, I don't need to be lectured on our age gap or that he's probably some creep, I know him, okay? But aside from that, we met on another subreddit, I posted my face and said that I was 18, I just wanted to post, I didn't expect anything but some laughs out of it. Soon after he DM'd me saying that he thought I was cute, I thought he was just another creep. I kept talking to him occasionally because I was bored, it spiralled from there. He's so funny, we have such good conversations. I went from just talking to him to pass the time, not really caring to suddenly having him as a such a major part of my life. At first I felt like it didn't matter if he knew my real age, it wasn't a big deal because we weren't going to keep talking for long. And then it was too late, I cared but I knew he would stop talking to me if I told him the truth. I started convincing myself that I could just wait until my 18th, which is in March. It's been 8 months since we started talking, and I feel so awful for lying to him. He's my best friend, and it is so obvious we both want it to be more. We live VERY far apart, age of consent laws are different in his state and it would be illegal there. I want to be with him, but that means being honest with him. The more I wait the worse I feel, two months doesn't mean anything really, but it's the difference between being legal and not. I want to tell him now, but he's really touchy about the divide between minor and adult. I know what I'm doing is really really wrong and I feel so terrible and I do not need a lecture I need advice.
Do I wait until my birthday? Do I tell him now? How do I even tell him?

So i managed to install oobabooga, download a LLM that people recommended and now I got it working in sillytavern. Yay me! However I still have some nooby questions:
-In oobabooga I see a parameters section that let's me adjust temperature and such, however in sillytavern there is a similar section under "AI response configuration". So when I'm using my local LLM in ST which settings are being used? The oobabooga settings or the sillytavern settings? And is there some "Override API Parameters" button that exists or is that something chatgpt made up?
-Also when trying to get NSFW messages i heard I should write a "system prompt" or "jailbreak" beforehand. Where do you write this? in the chatbox? in the character description? Or in the world building? Or somewhere else??
-There's a huge amount of settings, i've got no clue what 90% does. Any settings you would say you "must adjust" before starting?
PS: all youtube guides on this stuff seem to be +1 year old and outdated by now. Any up to date channels you know of that I could look at? thanks

Hi all,
Just wanted to come on here to warn others about a scam on TikTok from an account called Little Luna’s Journey. They claim they need donations for a surgery for their cat who got attacked by a dog.
This is all a lie, of course. The cat’s actual name is Chief and the real owner shows the cat on their own TikTok page where they explain that he had an accident when he was younger but he’s totally fine now.
The scammer has made close to $3000 just today. Hoping this post will save others from supporting this fake page as I know animals really pull at the heart strings of many.
