I'm brand spanking new to the world of digital audio players and would like to take my first step in. I recently ordered some mid ranged iems and would like to pair them with a good dap. I've seen alot of posts here about the r4 and jm21 but I was also curious about the a306. I have scene controllers where button pushes are delayed several seconds or fail entirely, lights that only respond sometimes, and a visualization that never loads properly. I have a few router devices, and I'm not confident they are routing at all. I am using ZHA and a ThirdReality Zigbee usb dongle (which HA pops up warning is unsupported.) Currently I use a cs wheel and use a larger rim for dirt or oval races. But I’ve been starting to hit up the road series more on iRacing. I did the Daytona 24 last week and wished I had a butterfly/f1 wheel. Has anyone compared the ks, fsr, and vision wheels? Which has the best feel? I’d kinda like to have a screen but it’s not a dealbreaker

Has anyone here heard of Family Heritage Insurance? I've been looking into it, and it seems like there are some major red flags. From what I’ve gathered, it looks a lot like a pyramid scheme disguised as an insurance business.
They promote the idea of building your own business through selling their products, but it feels like the main focus is on recruiting others to sell, not actually providing a legitimate service or insurance product. The compensation structure seems to reward those who recruit rather than those who are actually selling or servicing clients.
Has anyone had any experience with them? Do you think it's a pyramid scheme, or am I just reading too much into it? Would love to hear any personal stories or thoughts on this.

Long story short, my memory foam mattress cover ripped and contaminated by room with fiberglass shards. Some are big and others are like little specks of dust. I didn't realize it right away and its been leaking for quite a while and got everywhere. Worst of all it's in all my clothes and bedding.
I'm resigned to just throwing most of this stuff out and starting fresh.
However I do have one blanket that my aunt made for me with a lot of sentimental value. Not sure if it's even possible to salvage it. I don't want to buy new stuff and have this blanket just recontaminate everything.
wondering if anyone has any tips for trying to get this out? the conventional wisdom online is to use vinegar to "dissolve" the fiberglass. I'm not a chemist but I don't think vinegar melts glass, idk. I know this is a common construction material so hoping maybe someone has a lot of experience getting it out of fabrics? any tips here would be greatly appreciated.

sorry for any typos, i’m running on 4 1/2s hours of sleep.
i (18 f) I’m currently in a six week microbiology class at my local college. The class is going by super fast and therefore, we have to do a few labs a day averaging around 4 to 5 with a single day. from the first day in this class, I have noticed that Tom (30 M), is extremely arrogant cocky and a know-it-all. A perfect example of this comes from when we’re studying as a group. my other two classmates and I along with Tom like to go to a private room to study for a test, while one of our table mate is asking questions. Tom absolutely refuses to give me and our other table mate a chance to answer at all, therefore studying with him is pointless. when you try and confront him about it, he’ll simply tell you to be better and study harder, then he’ll gaslight you and say that the reason why you preform so poorly on tests is because you don’t study with him.
while doing a lab about a week ago, I accidentally messed up while setting up an agar plate. I apologize and quickly made a new agar plate. Tom berated me and said I needed “pay more attention.” I do have issues with paying attention, but on that day, I was extremely tired as I had went to bed late studying for a test that we had that morning we did the lab. on top of that both my parents work five days a week so I typically come home and deal with taking out the dogs and cleaning up whatever little chores need to be done around the house.
this treatment continues continued for a little bit until today. here’s where i be a bit of an a-hole. While doing a lab, I had grabbed the wrong test tube and put the swab in the incorrect test tube. I didn’t realize it was the wrong test tube until one of our other table mates pointed it out. I apologized profusely and said that I will take full responsibility and restart the lab. My other two table mates said that it was OK and that they understood that it had been a long morning as we had just completed a long and extremely hard test. Tom, on the other hand seemed extremely irritated. Once I finished redoing the lab. I went ahead and started to pack up while packing up. Tom looks at me and tells me, “OP, let’s try and not be rushy rushy when we come back to class on Monday.” I looked at him confused and asked what he meant by that. He then proceeds to tell me that all I do is rush and that’s why all of our labs continue to get messed up. The only other lab I’ve ever messed up was the one that I just previously mentioned. I tried to defend myself and told him that it was just an accident once again. I had stayed up super late last night studying for the test that we just taken. Once again, he continue to borate me and still told me that I rush all the time blaming me for the mishaps. I didn’t feel like confrontation so I just left class.
when I got to my car, I proceeded to text the group chat and told Tom not to parent me as I already have parents. I understand that sometimes I can be rushy, but I don’t need him to constantly berate for simple mistake mistakes that happened and it was an accident, and I took accountability for that. So far, Tom hasn’t responded to the message and neither have my other two classmates, but I feel as if I have done something wrong. AITA for putting my foot down and snapping?

Hi,
I've tried to sort this question on my own but I'm stuck now:
Original CPU in my home server is: i3-7100. With this CPU my server in C8 state, at idle is oscillating between 19 and 20W. i3-7100 is 51W TDP.
Researched and bought E3-1235L V5 which is only 25W TDP. I was aware that basing on TDP is not best idea as this is max power consumption and not lowest powered CPU, but better than nothing.
My theory was unfortunately right: on new E3-1235L V5 my server in C8 state at idle is oscillating higher, between 20 and 21W. Of course under basic system work load it's only about 30W rather than 40W with i3-7100, but my target is lowest power at idle, not at work. So, does anyone knows the very best lowest powered CPU at idle, for LGA1151 socket?

It's been in the teens during day and below zero at night this week with several inches of snow on the ground and snowing non stop today. My coworker and I hear a BABY kitten crying outside non stop about 10:30p. We know we need to get to it and fast cause there's no way it'll service this cold. We start trying to find it and it goes silent. We are instantly afraid we got to it too late. I pull out my phone and play momma cat calling her kitten sounds on youtube and thankfully it makes the kitten start back up again. We track the crying down to a truck and right there sitting on the tire is the fattest floofiest Orange kitten with bright blue eyes completely dry (ppl drop of kittens at our workplace constantly) Id guess it to be between 6-8 weeks but anytime we get close it crawls into the engine compartment of the truck. We try for a bit but ultimately have to wait for shift change until the owner of the truck comes out. We let them know and they were wonderful they worked to get the kitten out from under the hood but as they were doing so a lady pulls up to offer a flashlight as she thought they were having car trouble. When she finds out it's a kitten she's like ooo I have cat treats in my vehicle cause I have "a mess of cats. " She gets the treats, owner of truck gets the kitten out, and she immediately scoops the kitten up places it against her chest and gets back into her vehicle. I just wanted to scream SERIOUSLY ?! I saw it first. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr. I mean at least freakin ask because I fully intended to take it home.
