I purchased 3 month supply of chewable calcium citrate from Bariatric Advantage not realizing that there are other types of chewable vitamins… the one I got was akin to a starburst candy texture.
In short, I hate it :).
I had my surgery recently so I don’t think I’m ready to swallow those huge calcium pills, nor have any interest to grind the calcium pills on daily basis. Was wondering if you guys could point to any calcium vitamins that is more like the traditional hard flintstones vitamin pills that is easily chewable (breakable) but not malleable like starburst candy?

I am new to the sim racing world and plan to build a pc and buy a VR for 4k gaming. My biggest concern with the 5080 is the vram. I do plan to try Skyrim VR modded and not sure if it is enough.Should I just go for the 5090 or have cards like 4080 super been enough and Considering the 508p should be a slight uplift it will be enough?

Hej, köpte mig ett musikinstrument på Tradera igår, och i och med att det finns köpskydd oroade jag mig inte. Ganska fort efter min beställning kontaktar köparen mig och ser att jag betalat men säger att han inte kommer skicka varan förens han har sina pengar, och är väldigt gärna göra det över PayPal istället. Det är värt att tillägga att köparen är helt ny på Tradera och dansk. Han har försäkrat mig om att i Danmark, där betalas allt mellan varandra, utan mellanhand och att man litar på varandra där.
Hur ska jag hantera det här? Kommer givetvis inte skicka pengar privat till honom.

2025.01.24 05:40 WackFlagMass Isn't needing just one iron ore to smelter to an iron ingot an oversight? How come no mod fixes this?
I always found it silly we need 2 ores to smelt into an ingot for everything except for iron ore. How does that make sense? Like I can just buy an iron ore, smelt it into an iron ingot and easily upsell it back or use the ingot for my crafting instead of buy one.

TW: milk amounts. Hey all! My baby is 99% in height and I never made enough to keep up with her, so I made the choice to supplement with formula, although at least half of her daily feedings are from breastmilk. We are close to the 6 month mark and for some reason, my supply has taken a huge dip (30oz/day to around 15oz/day). Ive tried fixing this with hydration, vitamins, better sleep, and it's not linked to my period, but I still can't improve it. Despite this, I want to continue pumping as long as I can. Any one else an undersuppliers and make it over 6 months? How long did you make it? I just need some motivation to keep going because the guilt of stopping outweighs what this supply dip is doing to my body and mental health. TIA!!

From simple to difficult tasks that come with very clear instructions and point of contacts to help as well, it seems like some individuals just won’t do their job. Or take forever to complete tasks. What’s even worse is the excuses are silly sometimes (i.e, I forgot, side tracked, didn’t get to it…etc) and on top of it they don’t tell you they will miss a deadline you gave them without warnings. I would expect the minimum amount of being professional is to let someone know you cannot complete a task on time because of x,y, and z! Eve your toddlers to that! lol
It is very stressful on leads and project management people honestly because they get blamed at the end. It feels like babysitting and hand holding sometimes to get something done.
