Hello everyone!
I’ve been working as a developer for 2 years, with experience in both frontend and backend, as well as mobile development using cross-platform technologies. My main expertise lies in frontend development.
Lately, I’ve been questioning myself – maybe I have imposter syndrome? I feel stuck because I can’t seem to create beautiful websites without a UI/UX design to follow. Recently, I saw a colleague with the same experience as me, and even a senior developer with 5 years of experience, using Figma to create amazing designs. Meanwhile, I’m more focused on implementing designs – transforming UI/UX mockups into functional websites with added features. I have confidence in this because I was able to implement and solve complex feature from the past.
Currently, I am on the process getting certification for AWS to add value to me and expand my skillset to compensate for what I am lacking.
For those who’ve been in a similar situation, how did you improve your skills? What worked for you? I try to practice by creating websites, but I mainly end up cloning existing applications. I’d love to hear any advice or suggestions you have!

I saw a post here talking about how the silver dress/bottoms has been fixed, so I decided to check on Daughter of the Lake, and... it's kinda fixed. There's no hair clipping outside of the veil on the top in any of the hairs I have, but it has caused a few bald spots for some (the hair for that Monroefin outfit? yikes). Hair with volume will also clip on the sides/back, and if you like spin Nikki really quick in the wardrobe it'll cause some clipping, so some poses could cause more issues than others.
Overall, it's an improvement and looks better, but it isn't perfect. I'll probably be mentioning it in the upcoming survey that's bound to come, but it may just be the way they've made the assets/physics. Hopefully, it can be fixed further and they make future veils that are good from the start, but we'll see!

And oh god it was worth it ! everything just look better. Now all is missing is a mod/fix for those horrible low res texture like wood doopole/fence and foliage and the weird lighting that go from super bright to dark when you move the camera behind something
i run on a i7 11700 3080 ti 32gb ram everything on High except background model detail at Ultra and using DLAA ( DLSS with min/max resolution scaling at 100%)
and still run around 80 fps putting dlss back at quality (66%) cap at 120 fps.

Like most people here, when I graduated from BCT and AIT I got the Army Service Ribbon (ASR), and National Defence Service Medal (NDSM). Still, when I was on IPPSA they were not showing up, so I checked my IPerms and their certificates were not there. I went to my S1, they told me they couldn't do anything without the certificates, I never got the certificates in BCT or AIT they just handed me the ribbon and the medal. They are on my DD214 (I'm in the reserves)
I know they are the most impressive awards, but I still want to have what I earn on my records. What can I do?

Even though I'm transspecies I don't consider myself physically nonhuman. This is because I'm simply not. I'm biologically and on some level psychologically a Homo Sapien and that's something that can never change. This isn't to say I'm non-transitioning but that I just cannot ever fully think about my body as being not human no matter what changes I do to it. This does not take away from my cat identity rather I see it as something I just have to deal with. My body is mine and I love it in all its humanness even if it doesn't complete me or fit quite right. I think this also ties back into the Species VS Species-identity thing for me. My species is homo sapien but my species-identity and feelings do not match or represent that. I am a cat in a humans body.
