What are yall's suggestions on keeping migraine caps colder for longer? I have tried keeping it in both the fridge and freezer and I feel like mine just goes back to room temo within 5-10 minutes but my migraines last 8+ hours as a minimum. I don't want to be getting up every 10 minutes to put it back in the freezer and swap it out again đ«

Hello everyone, Iâm in a somewhat tricky situation.
Iâm currently on an assignment in an Asian country, coming from France. For context, Iâm with the same company I was doing an apprenticeship with last year.
I started the position in early January. To put it simply: I canât take it anymore.
I have over 3 hours of commuting every day, arriving at work at 7:30 AM and finishing at 5:45 PM. I had mentioned during the interview that work-life balance was my number one priority⊠I got 2 Master degree in my field precisely so that I wouldn't have to go through this kind of life. But here, I just keep thinking that others are dealing with the same, so who am I to complain? What do you think?
Another issue: almost none of my colleagues speak English, apart from my manager. Integration has been quite difficult, and itâs not for lack of trying, but at some point, itâs unbearable. Iâve even ended up using Google Translate to communicate. And to think I wanted to improve my EnglishâŠ
Finally, during the interview for this job, we discussed the job responsibilities. I knew Iâd be doing reporting, but not to this extent or at this level. I absolutely donât enjoy it. Iâve already lost all motivation after having an amazing year last year.
I feel like Iâm at a standstill. I learned so much last year that the shock of now spending 90% of my time doing reporting on Excel is hitting me hard.
Now I have several options:
- Discuss with my manager and propose to the organization managing my contract to end it.
- Find another job, though I have a 3-month notice period.
If I start looking elsewhere, I think Iâll stay in Asia. Should I mention on my CV that Iâm currently working in Asia? On one hand, it could help me stand out since Iâm already here. But on the other hand, it might backfire, as they could see it as a lack of âloyaltyâ or âcommitment.â
What Iâm sure of is that I canât keep going like this.
