So let me f28 tell you that I’m the loneliest person. Why? Because my mom prioritises her parents, my dad his new inheritance from somewhere(not his parents) and my brother has his friends or relatives. I’ve contemplated ending it all but can’t find the strength ya now? I turn cold feet. Scared. Anyway got married to (m34) and my dreams and my life went to shit. I know they were conservative were married for 3 now and were dating for 5. But didn’t know the extent of it. My FİL and BIL lost their wives in an accident 2 days after my wedding. And being from and married to an Indian household the responsibility fell on me of everything.
2 years ago I moved countries for my husband’s family but they were so fucking rude BIL has a daughter so I became a mother at 25. To a 5 year old. He was dating after a year and went to vacations with his new girlfriend leaving the child with me so I had to do everything in my capability to be there for her but she lashed out when he wasn’t there was rude too just like FIL and BIL. But can’t blame the child. They were so rude like once the FIL yelled at me when BIL was right there that I was wearing a sweater and the child wasn’t. He also once said when someone asked me to eat sweets that leave it be she’s anyway fat. And all this time my husband (who states he hates confrontation and I should tell my hurt myself) walked off.
Now a year ago we came back after a doctor asked me to seek help for my mental health. And this is something that my husband boasts about that he went ahead and got me back.
Now every time his father does anything rude or is outwardly mean he defends him when I convey my hurt. Subconsciously I get it he has one parent left and his mind protects them. When I say I want to be his priority like he is mine he says that I just want him to choose me and cut ties with his family. Which isn’t the case. I want him to defend me when his father or brother is rude to me. I want him to cut them off the moment they start to criticise me. I want him to tell them that I moved away for them to help them and they treated me bad but all he does is defends his family and make me a villain. He also laughs about it to people like our gynac. He says she thinks a lot she had problems. She is anxious. She lives in the past. She doesn’t let go. She keeps holding people accountable for what they did bad.
Anyway. I wanted a baby. So I told him and he conveniently is busy during ovulation. Idk if that purposefully or not but it’s just hurts even more. The worst part is he talks a big game about sex like he’d do this and that but he doesn’t even talks during it. He’s breathing and the heavy sounds it freaks me out he has had girlfriends but he’s my first. We didn’t have much sex in the beginning of our relationship or when we were in a relationship for that fact because it was a taboo for me you know sex before marriage. But now I think about it whenever he initiated I never ever said no to it. Never. And now he says I don’t initiate it. Well I fucking tried and he told me that oh so you’re horny like a taunt! And it hurt. He gets awkward and says things like: you’re so horny. You want me all the time, your kisses are messy, oh I couldn’t come because you pressured me. I can only go once in two days. And when we texted he wanted to bang me multiple times a day.
I’m so hurt and I do everything around the house from cooking to washing clothes to grocery to making a fucking house a home and whenever I ask for some help he says oh that’s your job you know I work a lot for both of us and you’re a homemaker so it’s your responsibility.
I’m just so fucking lonely I can’t tell anyone. I wanna end it all but I’m scared I cry to sleep every fucking night. Im so sad that all I do is read books and that fiction gives me hope that there is love in the world but the reality I face breaks every hope and drowns me in sorrow.
I just wanna know will it end? Will he appreciate me? Will he prioritise me? Or before this ends I’ll end myself?

Hello!
I have been doing BBBE carnivore for few months now and really enjoy the benefits ive experienced.
Bad breath is gone, joint pain is better, energy levels up...its been great!
One issue I am having is inability to eat enough to gain mass.
For perspective, Im 36yrs old, 5'10" 160lbs.
I am training for a contact sport that having some extra mass (muscle in particular) has some large advantages. (Buhurt)
Ideally, id like to be around 175-185. This is about where I was back when I was weight training heavily on a diet closer to The Vertical diet.
On carnivore, ive found I cant eat enough to put weight on effectively.
Has anyone else had this challenge and gound a way to overcome it?
