I bought a pair of wall sconces. They have wall plugs. It comes with 6 wiring caps. The part that’s confusing to me is the setup. It has plastic under the black tape? I’m not sure if I should leave it as it is or cut certain things off, how I should put the wiring caps on etc. I would love and really appreciate some help and guidance on how to get this safely wired and running as it’s my first and only wall sconce I plan on having and I don’t have experience in electrical work. Is this actually theoretically possible in your game? I'm just asking because I like this idea. For example, you open a chest and get an axe, you then take this axe and cut down a tree in world, then using the wood you gather you "craft" and boat and once that is done you can travel across the ocean.
Likewise you can mine stone and after getting stone you build things like houses, sheds etc Also you gather sand to make glass. I'm just curious, because if this is possible, I feel it'd make an RPG project more immersive

So the drama is becoming laughable. This is supposed to be a thread where people can ask questions without fear of the Great Banning or anything but downvotes.
My main concern is the nazi accusations... I am a staunch supporter of HG, all because I was called a nazi for asking a question on grimdank... Luckily I can play the race card and say my wife and son are from Africa. Zimbabwean to be precise. How do people truly say these things knowing what can come from these words?
I've never been called an incel or been told to kill myself because of an opinion here, but just look at what we are pushed into.

Ang ate kong OFW ang sumasagot sa tuition ko, habang ang isang ate ko na call center agent ay malapit lang pero bihira kaming makausap o mabisita. Si Papa ay may paupahan, pero kulang iyon para sa pangangailangan namin.
Si Ate, na call center agent, ay naging malapit sa amin noon, lalo na nang maghiwalay sila ng partner niya dahil sa pagche-cheat nito. Lagi naming siya sinusuportahan noon, kahit madaling araw pa ako pumunta sa kanila para damayan siya. Pero nagkabalikan sila ng partner niya kahit ayaw namin. Lalo pa naming hindi gusto ang partner niya dahil nanakit siya noon at hindi maganda ang pakikitungo kay Papa, kaya nagtampo si Papa at hindi na pumupunta sa kanila.
Ngayon, si Papa ay palaging nangangamusta kay Ate, pero madalas na "seen" lang o naka-restrict siya. Hindi rin nagbibigay si Ate kay Papa maliban na lang kapag bagong taon (2k pesos) pero ngayong bagong taon (2025) ay hindi niya pinuntahan si papa at binati lang sa chat kahit na malapit lang sila dito sa amin. Anyone made the transition between the two and can share some insights into what feels better, being a Storm weaver? I can clear decent T15 (~12% dilerium) without alot of hassle with my current CoMD + meteor build and I feel tanky enough at 4.6k shield, 2.3k mana, ~900 mana/s reg, but I do feel like single target is lacking, and the "delayed" damage in this build vs. spamming the whole map with Spark is making me wanna go try spark. Also my monk friend kinda hates the meteor spam for visibility, which is reasonable.
The downsides of using spark would be less crowd control since I wont be doing any freezes which Im used to, but I feel like spark should be easier to scale? When I fought the 4th Ascendency boss i Sekhemas with a friend in coop we couldnt get him past 50% HP before dying and almost ran out of mana, we where lvl 85 at the time, hes playing cold monk.
Any thoughts on this?

Hello beautiful medical professionals of Reddit.
I'm posting here on behalf of my dad's girlfriend. I have all the reports on my lap but they're in French or German since we're in Switzerland, but I'll try and translate/explain the situation as best as I can; thanks in advance!
68F, 1m60 and 75kgs
In August last year, she decided to get a checkup after she noticed some shortness of breath.
August 29 she finally got a PET scan showing multiple hypermetabolic adenopathy and a complete atelectasis of the upper right pulmonary lobe caused by a mass.
In September they did a bronchoscopy of the lymph nodes and the mass and organized a tumorboard where the mass was determined to be a neuroendocrine tumor with Mib-1 at 14% evoking an atypical carcinoid. They decided to refer her to the local oncologist for palliative treatment. The tumor is classified T2b N2 M1c stage IV.
This is where things started going wrong. This oncologist first said she had tumors in both lungs, then said it was terminal, then called again to say it was stage 2, confusing my dad's girlfriend more and more after every phone call. I'm not a medical professional, but I found a meta analysis of carcinoid tumors and we used it to understand what she had as best as we could with the help of her GP.
At her next oncology appointment, the oncologist said the only option was chemotherapy which she refused. After all the miscommunication she didn't trust the oncologist anymore and asked to be seen by someone else. Unfortunately the oncologist wrote that she was hostile and refusing treatment (she's not hostile, just scared and confused and looking for someone who can explain things clearly, she also didn't outright refused chemo but asked for time to think about it and asked if anything could be done surgically).
Dad's girlfriend then found a clinic 3 hours away where they have a much more holistic approach to cancer treatments (not my cup of tea but since the previous oncologist pretty much ruined any trust she had in doctors here, she ended up going there). They made her injections and induced a fever to boost her immune system. She was hospitalised for 10 days there and at least she felt heard and cared for.
Now she's back here, with no local oncologist and refuses to see the first one. She wants to know why is nobody talking about surgery or hormonal treatment even though we saw it mentioned multiple times with this type of cancer. Why is nobody concerned about her shortness of breath, she just can't breathe anymore. We just want to know what our next steps are and what we should do next.
I can post the full reports in French or German if needed, and I have a few pictures of her PET scan as well if that helps.
My mom died 3 years ago because of a medical error and I wish I could have done more, so I'm doing everything I can now to help her out.
