I have a large backyard in a popular tourist area and local laws will allow me to rent a tiny home out in my backyard. Research has shown me it would be profitable.
The tiny home will cost around 120k .
Would it be beneficial to form a company to operate it through and loan the company the 120k myself?

I don’t know what to do
Me (27M) and my wife (28F) have moved from to Germany to start a fresh life together. We both don’t want kids for at least a couple more years (I don’t know till when but I am NOT ready yet). Our life is nowhere near stable. I’m in a crappy, tiresome job where I have very little free time, and she’s supposed to be studying German to enroll into film school (We’re both computer engineering graduates, but she wants to shift careers since she hates her old job so much).
For context, we cannot afford to have her stay at home. If we want anything close to a good future, she needs to start working ASAP, and that’s been our agreement before coming here. I have been nothing but supportive to her taking her time with integrating here, only trying to nudge her every couple months to maybe start learning German or taking courses, or even going out and making friends, but she just stays home all day unless I plan for us to go out and do something in the very limited time that I have off.
Long story short, we found out that she has a very low egg count (0.4 at 28 years old). We also realized how expensive egg freezing is (€10,000 euros, there’s no way we could afford that), and now we’re at an impasse. I am not ready for kids, and I think this whole thing would destroy and possibility of progression in her career if she were to get pregnant now. We thought egg freezing would be the idea solution, but it seems like we underestimated how costly it would be. I, myself, wouldn’t mind things like artificial surrogation or egg donations (if that’s a thing) or even adoption, but I feel like she’s up for any of those things.
I love her very much, she is the single sweetest, kindest person that I have ever met, and I don’t even want to consider leaving her and dumping those issues on her for her to suffer alone. I feel trapped. I’m keeping a very optimistic and hopeful exterior for her to be able to get through this, since it’s destroying her inside, but I need to vent off and cool my head so I can think clearly. 30(hlf) married to 38(llm) its been almost two years since we've been intimate. We are turning 4 years married this year. I honestly feel so unwanted and have been trying to shut that feeling away,but there are days when you crave attention, the feeling of being desired for and craved for.
We had talked about it a few times but somehow nothing happens. He is a good guy, but somehow no matter how I stress how important it is to me, or how it's affecting me nothing happens.
I really don't know what to expect, how to approach this or what to do.

Hi guys,
i am looking for advices on my future phone.
I play lot of games of any kind (mostly 2d ones but occasionally 3d as well), I stream lot of Netflix and YouTube and other streaming stuff.
I had an Asus ROG phone 2 in the past (very heavy, but great phone otherwise) and now a Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 pro+. My current 3yo phone's battery is a nightmare, I have to charge it 5-6 time per day.
I know I stress the phone a lot, but I would like to find a phone that can take that amount of stress and still have decent battery to last as long as possible.
Any suggestions?

2025.01.24 09:31 What-The-Heaven Phantom Taps on XM5?
I've had my XM5s for roughly 18 months and largely no complaints (some squeaky hinge issues that were mostly fixed by polishing the stems) but in the past couple of months, I've started experiencing odd 'phantom taps' and I'm wondering if others have had this too.
Occasionally, while listening the headphones will make the tap sound ~4-5 times in very quick succession. They subsequently pause and unpause whatever I'm listening to, announce that speak-to-chat has been turned off and the touch panel also becomes completely disabled. I have to turn the headset off and back on again to restore normal function.
It happens really infrequently, once every couple of weeks (I use them daily for about 5 - 6+ hours) and I'd initially put it down to something actually touching the panel but I'm now wondering if it's a hardware glitch.

This project, inspired by my band's lyrics and mascot's lore, has been sitting dormant on my hard drive for a few years. Back in June 2021, I took a break from developing it while waiting for GB Studio to be updated with the features I needed. GB Studio was updated but I never got around continuing the project, because it seems like it would have been easier to start from scratch instead of adapting the project to work on the updated version. Now, as I'm studying game design, I've realized there are many things I would approach differently. I’ve decided to fix a few bugs, wrap up this version, and use it as the foundation for a new project in the future.
