Hi everyone,
I'm on my way of getting a hysto due to my periods coming back after switching from injections to gel. I feel like a hysto would be the safest and in the long run the lowest maintenance way to get rid of periods for good.
My endo advised me to keep my ovaries since my t-levels have shifted a lot without any obvious cause. So i wouldn't end up with too little hormones basically.
I've yet to have a consult with a surgeon, so all my infos are from reading online. I've read some horrible things about potential complications with a vaginal cuff and since I am a fan of rather rough penetrative sex and am prone to rather bad hypertrophic scarring (I only have experience on external scars for that) that got me a bit concerned.
I read that while it's a possibility to keep your cervix, light bleeding would still be possible. I don't fully understand how that would worm anatomically though?
I'd just love to hear some experiences from you guys. Maybe somebody was in a similar position to mine.

Hello all. My partner has been working for a company for about 1 year 6 months.
They are awful and have done multiple things to offend not only my partner, but other employees too.
I recently left a negative Google review for this company, and deleted it after they called my partner in for an “investigation meeting” - we both had hoped they’d change their policies but instead they gave a frank “this is the way it is and nothing changes” response.
My partner is obviously looking for a new job. After they leave I would like to leave a more detailed review for the company on Google and they will be leaving a review on Glassdoor, keeping it accurate and truthful. I’m wondering if there are any rules against this? People leave negative reviews for places all the time like restaurants/venues etc.

I went to the Apple Store on Jan 16 to get my airpods fixed because I was having an issue with one of the AirPods. The guy told me that it would be a few days and I would get them back by Sunday. Now it’s already Friday and I still haven’t gotten anything back, and when I check the status, it shows that it still needs to be requested for service. Whys it taking this long? I’m planning on going to the store tomorrow, but this is just ridiculous.

Such a mistake with obtaining essences does not seem accidental, no one would make such a mistake. I'm pretty sure this is to distract us from taking our hextech crates. The lack of any announcements on this subject from Riot only confirms my suspicions. Also that means the lack of the possibility of obtaining mythic essence for free... The previous change from obtaining crates for S on Champion to obtaining them using Mastery was already a big nerf for me, but what is happening now is an exaggeration.

 | So in my new game, I spawned at the south-west end of Riverside. I walked south noticing a trail in the forest. I discovered the Signal Tower. Then I proceeded to explore the area more. I stumbled upon these For Sale/Abandoned Areas on the map filled with Zeds. I got curious so I continued to explore. I then stumbled a restricted area, in which is not on the map (Marked with Z). Thankfully I have a hammer and pickaxe to remove the door barricades and also destroy the metal gate further leading to the basement corridor. But since I don't have a flashlight, I retreated until I got one and enough supplies tk venture further. Fast forward, to me getting to Gas n' more, getting a car, flashlight, and supplies, I came back to the restricted are. As I ventured down further and further the corridor, I encountered some sprinters and walkers (I have them on randomly with slower sprinter mod), as the corridor goes on alot of strapped beds are left behind. It is not on the screenshot, but after killing atleast 20 zeds, I reached the end of the corridor, also blocked with metal bar door. I wasn't able to take screenshots as the door was breached by A LOT of zeds, including atleast 10 sprinters. I fought some of them and managed to kill 5 sprinters and 10 Zeds, but they keep coming, so I run back to the restricted building while atleast 5 Sprinters chasing me down. I suspect it leads to some kind of hospital, and it's highly indicating that it's probably one of the source of the infection. I am a 2023 graduate, and I have been continuously applying for jobs for the last 2 years.
In 2023 and 2024, I put in a lot of effort to secure a job, but unfortunately, I had no luck despite trying everything I could.
Over the years, I’ve learned several skills and built various projects to improve my chances. Finally, in December 2024, I got a job in an ERP-based company (through friend reference) where I had to work on Oracle ERP systems.
However, after working there for almost 20 days, I received an agreement from the company. The agreement was for 3+ years with very strict policies. I thought about it a lot, considering how long I had been unemployed, and the challenges I faced to reach this point.
But I couldn’t bring myself to sign that agreement. It felt like I would be doing injustice to myself by settling for this. I’ve worked incredibly hard to gain knowledge and skills as a Java backend developer. I’ve spent countless days and nights learning:
- OOPs, Java, Java Collections, Java 8
- DSA, JPA, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring JPA
- Spring Security, DBMS, SQL, AWS
- Microservices, Kafka, Spring Cloud
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, Vite ...and many more technologies.
So, I resigned after 20 days, believing that even if there’s a 1% chance of landing a developer role in the IT industry, I should try for it. I thought signing the agreement would be a bad decision, so I decided to dedicate 3 months to job hunting again.
Now, I’m still applying everywhere—Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and various job portals. I’ve asked for references, added fake freelancing experience of 2 years in my resume (which doesn’t seem to make much of a difference), but nothing is working.
I’m feeling lost.
Please guide me—should I keep trying? Is there something I’m missing? Or should I give up on my dream of becoming a developer and start looking for jobs in other domains like technical recruiting, HR, or something else entirely?
I really don’t know what to do anymore. Any advice or suggestions would mean a lot.

Hey guys, I recently swapped out my PSU for a shiny new Seasonic unit. Everything was fine, I booted up my PC, and it recognized my NVMe SSD and HDD right away. Smooth sailing, right?
But then I realized I forgot to connect my extra SATA SSD and an old HDD. No big deal, I thought, I’ll just hot-plug them. SATA is built for that, right? Well, that’s when things went downhill FAST.
Here’s how it went: • I plug in my SATA SSD → instantly detected, no issues. • I plug in the old HDD → nothing. Weird, but fine. • I power off, then on again → BOOM. The infamous EZ Debug RED VGA LED appears.
At this point, I’m thinking it must be the SATA devices messing with things. I unplug everything except my NVMe → still the red VGA LED. I keep troubleshooting: • Remove the NVMe → same issue. • Remove the RAM → no change. • Every time I hit the power button, my motherboard just makes a small “tick” sound and throws me the red LED of doom.
So now I’m panicking. Did I somehow fry my GPU or some other component just by plugging in a SATA HDD?!
Here’s my setup: • MSI B450 • Ryzen 2700x • GPU: 3070 • PSU: Seasonic 850w focus
I’ve got urgent work to do, and my PC decided it’s time to hard troll me. Any ideas? I need help before I lose my mind 🙏
