I am fifteen and so she is . This year she came to my school and we are in the same classroom we were bestfriends since last year where i got from another school because of a really toxic and bad relationship i had there . So now we are all day together because we go to afterclass activities together and we argue over petty issues constantly but our chemistry is really good and whenever we are together we laugh and have fun. Anyways she goes to ballet and she has some friends from there that lately we became friends too and we hung out. Anyways lately since she came to my school on weekends we rarely hang out . She only goes with her friends from ballet and her older school and she doesnt want to meet me her friends from older school i only saw them three years ago on a birthday party she had that i left early because she didnt talk to me. Today i asked her if she will go out and she said me she will go with her friends of her ballet while she know that i dont have any other friends because i dont go to any other activities i just go to the gym and wherever else i go i am with her and we are only together not making space for any further socialising. She also knows that i got out from a difficult relationship so i am really introvert and scared of people hurting me so i dont really make any effort to connect with people . Ghe only friends i had were two girls from school that now she had met them so whenever we go out we arrange it as a team and also they study very hard and they only go out once a week and we hadnt gone out with them since two months ago. And i dont know what to do she knows that i dont have any other person. I also reacently found out ghat i have ocd and in general i dont talk to people about any profound thing that bothers me i only talk about surface stuff, and i am really confused and i hadnt talk to anyone about my ocd only my brother knows because he has it too and he understood it but he talks to me around the bush but i know that he knows . Anyway lately i feel like that all the pressure will drive me crazy i also took up smoking and i constantly feel the need to smoke . My thoughts are driving me crazy.

I am a long time Apple customer. Many would tell you I am a fanboy. I have over 20 Apple devices that appear under devices on the Find My app.
An iPhone (any cell phone) is about more than simple convenience. It provides transportation, food, banking etc. Further; it provides a certain amount of safety. As such, I opted to pay for AppleCare+ with Express Replacement.
The "lie" is that Apple will quickly ship (implicit with the word "express") a replacement phone and a return label. After receiving replacement; you put your broken phone into box, attach return label, and ship back.
The reality, which I learned this week, is that "express" really doesn't come into play.
I called into Apple on 1/17/25 reporting a dead screen. As the nearest Apple store is 2.5 hr drive away, we opted for the Express Replacement option. I was told it could take 1-3 days. 5 days later, status still read, "Your replacement product will be shipped to you soon." I called in and was told, nothing they can do until 7 days pass. There is no way to escalate the issue. When I called in this morning, 1/24/25, I learned.
1. They do not have any phones to ship, still.
2. They initially knew this but didn't tell me that stock was expected 1/27/25.
3. Now stock estimate is 1/28/25.
4. They will not consider shipping any other replacement (i.e. better version) for another 7 days.
5. No further escalation is possible.
Representative did offer to cancel the replacement for me (and just leave me with a broken phone). Alternatively, she would update me when she had more information - like when stock became available. Representative was unmoved by my reasoning, rationalizing, or pleading. I have 7 phone calls into this issue with almost 2 hrs talk time. I am told, while I may receive a replacement sooner, she cannot guarantee any action until 2 weeks have passed, and then she will submit for a replacement - though she cannot speak to how long that process will actually take.
AppleCare+ is not cheap. Am I unreasonable in expecting a replacment phone to be shipped within the 1-3 days initially promised? What the hell, Apple?!

I’ve been negative for around 2 weeks now, I was positive and really sick for around a full 14-16 days and I was just curious how long post-covid symptoms can draw out for?
I’ve been experiencing a lot of shortness of breath, fatigue, dizziness, and heart palpitations/high heart rate (which can be made worse from POTS) on and off GI issues, scratchy throat, random fevers, etc. I’m not sure if it’s related but I was really sick with a different virus about 2 weeks leading up to getting Covid for the first time. I’ve looked it up and long-covid can cause a multitude of different symptoms and draw out for a very long time, but I was just curious to see what everyone’s thoughts or experience was with dealing with post-covid symptoms.
