Need some advice please regarding generating hunyuan video. It's pretty slow on my setup. Below are the details of my set up and workflow. I'm using a 3060 12gb gpu. It takes 15 minutes to generate 65 frames at 720x512 pixels and 20 steps, and takes 9 minutes to generate 65 frames at 600x400 pixels and 20 steps. Because hunyuan video is resource intenstive, I was under the impression these are normal times, but I've been advised that this is too slow even on a 3060. Anything I can do to fix my generation speed without sacrifcing quality? Rig: MSI Geforce 3060 12gb oc gpu, amd ryzen 7 7900 12 core cpu, 64gb ddr5 ram, msi x870 tomahawk wifi mobo. Workflow: comfyui native workflow (not kijai wrapper as it's super slow on my gpu, takes 1h 30m for the above parameters). I'm using portable version on win 11. Changing yo nightly version or manual install didn't make a difference. OS: win 11. I have cuda 12.4 and compatible cudnn. Changing cuda version didn't make a difference. I've latest gpu driver v566. Model: hunyuan bf16 scaled model by kijai (at default weight), bf16 vae, 1 or no lora (nakes no difference to gen time), normal scheduler, euler sampler (changing sampler and scheduler makes no difference). The fast lora and/or fast model cut tldown the times by reducing steps but the results are not to my liking (artefacts. Weird motion, etc). Solutions I've tried (and made no difference): using split attention in launch arguments, using sage attention in WSL ubuntu 22.04. What am I doing wrong?

Hi, everyone! I recently started using a gyroscope for aiming in games, but I’ve noticed that my hands shake a lot when I need to hold the controller in the air. This has been messing up my accuracy quite a bit. Is this shaking normal, or could it be caused by my sensitivity settings? Do you have any tips or techniques to help avoid this issue? I believe that Charlotte has one chance - to appeal to Frankie’s motherly side.
During the sit down dinner, Frankie explained that she was doing it for her sons, and has also made reference to how important it is being a mother.
Charlotte at the same dinner said that she was doing this so that she could pay for IVF.
So Charlotte should tell Frankie that she’s a traitor, and if she’s allowed to speak any more, tell her that she had no choice - it was either become a traitor or leave. Then lean on the using the money for fertility treatments, that she wants to become a mum all her life. She should ask for Frankie not to tell anyone.
Frankie will then do either one of two things - tell everyone she’s a traitor, in which case, it’s her word against Charlottes. Which really is no different than what would happen if she didn’t talk about this. - tell everyone she’s a faithful, in which case, people will probably believe her, be confused, vote out Alexander and Leanne, and then Charlotte walks away with it.
I don’t know how much the total now is, but I would guess £90k. Will Frankie chuck away £30k? What should Charlottes strategy be?

I drive a 2010 Toyota Camry (145,000 miles) I used my Defroster and back heat last night and it was working fine. I drive my car today and I switch my temperature to cold and then switch to vent it to my face and the two vents on driver side and passenger sides open but the two middle ones don't blow air out. The vents are cold to the touch and I don't know if it's the cold vents that I can feel the breeze or it's a very very week flow. Back window heater button blinks on and off like a bunch of times and then stops. Can anyone help me please? TIA!!!
(I turn my AC off before I turn of my car. Everytime)

2025.01.24 11:20 ScroogeMcDucksMoney Dad, golf enthusiast/collector died. What do I do with all of this stuff?
I have to sell his house and I can’t possibly keep 99% of this. His house was wall-to-wall golf. Rare clubs, pictures, autographs (Nicklaus, Stewart, Hogan, Player), books, collectibles from Scottish courses. My brother and I joked for years that it’s like an actual museum.
I’m fortunate enough that I know better than to donate this. Unfortunate in that I have no clue how to sell this, who to talk to about it, and how to get it done in a timely manner. There’s got to be people that take care of this, like for a golf specific estate sale? How do you know who to trust?
Dad lived in a popular golf area of the US, but a very long ways from any of us kids. This sucks. Any advice appreciated.
Btw, there are obvious things from my childhood that hold significant meaning that’ll be kept. There’s just way too much.
