Hey everyone! I have a broody female budgie that I'm trying to discourage. She loves to toss all the food out of her bowl and then sit in it. I'm hoping you may have suggestions for a bowl that can't be sat in? I'd love something stainless steel if it exists. Alternately, a cover for her existing bowl could work too if you know of one.

Greetings!
Paying, early-adopter of Bookfusion (from several years ago), but don't yet use it very often as I've been waiting for closer feature parity with MoonReader+ (my primary reader for epubs). It is super-exciting seeing how things are coming along!
I've been thinking of starting to use BookFusion more regularly at least for PDFs (as I don't typically use MoonReader+ for those). But I am finding it extremely difficult (almost impossible) to navigate a PDF within BookFusion on my BOOX NoteAir2Plus. No matter where I tap or how I drag my finger, it will not progress to the next page (which is different than my tests of epubs in BookFusion, which work great). It currently seems like the only way for me to go to the next page in a PDF is to use the slider at the bottom, which makes it very difficult for me to tell at a glance if I advanced to just the next page, or several pages beyond.
Surely I am missing something, overlooking something?

Why do the heroes in spicy romances always have one deeply flawed trait? The broody alpha male is like a puzzle with 5 pieces, none of which fit, and yet we’re supposed to solve it with passion? Meanwhile, the plot just… vanishes into thin air. “Misunderstanding? Oh yeah, that’s the spice.” Anyone else just here for the spice not the lecture?

Hey, so I’m not diagnosed with IC or PFD or anything yet but during my last flare about a month ago I noticed that my lower belly became bigger (?) You know that as-flat-as-possible-morning-belly you have? And then during the day, you eat and relax and you have a little bump, right? I used to have that, but then I realised that this bump never disappears not. I wake up with and and go to bed with it. I feel like I’m wearing a Fanny pack. It’s not huge or anything, doesn’t look too much out of ordinary but it’s not usual for me to have it all the time if that makes sense. I also started doing diaphragmatic breathing and it feels like I can’t get that belly in deep enough when breathing out like I used to (I might be imagining this part, I don’t know anymore)
I think my problems are mostly pelvic connected, so maybe I just mega relaxed my muscles or something? I began drinking a bit more water compared to what I used to drink (mostly tea or soda), could I be retaining that water?
Does anyone else have this? Does it ever go away? Should I do exercises to strengthen that belly area specifically or something?

I’m looking to upgrade my Gigabyte 1070 Ti for a newer card. I have someone locally that is offering it to me for $650. I’ve been holding out on an upgrade because I think this market is ludicrous, and I don’t really play new AAA titles. Mostly sim racing or flying in VR. Is a 3090 worth it for $650 now that the 50 series pricing is semi released.
I realize that yes, it’s already an old card. I checked eBay, and they’re going for a bit more than that, but not by much. The guy selling it shows that it was used in a mining rig, and I don’t particularly care about, but what do you fine folks think? I’m trying to see past the FOMO. Somebody level with me here please.
