Had an unexpected but surprisingly positive experience with the police today.
Got stopped for a routine check, and they asked for my license—fortunately, I had it on DigiLocker. Then, they asked for my insurance, and I was lucky that it still had a month left before expiration. Quickly downloaded the app and showed them the proof.
Next, they asked for an NOC, which I wasn’t aware was required. The officer explained that the fine for not having it could be ₹25,000. I told him I had all the other necessary documents except this one, simply because I didn’t know about it. He then directed me to speak with a senior officer, who asked how long I had been in Bengaluru. When I mentioned it had only been two months, to my surprise, they just let me go with a verbal explanation.
Given the recent spree of traffic police checks in the city, I was expecting a different outcome. But I genuinely appreciated how they handled the situation, explaining things rather than just imposing a fine. Definitely didn’t expect that!

Hello commendable ESFPs I hope you are well. My family often implies I would get kidnapped because I don’t pay attention to my surroundings. I’m intrigued about how other people’s minds work. What things would lure a person and what it could say about them. My brother is an ESFP so I definitely know for sure that his girlfriend and food would be his bait so if someone were to trap you what bait do you know you would very much fall for without a second thought?

[MI] Hello,
Recently I am training a new employee at work. Said employee has said "I've seen some women here" not sure if he meant attractively, or outside of work. Coworker asked me if I enjoy dark humor, into which I responded I don't mind it but I also will not tolerate inappropriate or creepy jokes regarding women. Coworker didn't understand, and I had to re explain. Coworker responds by saying "I won't cross the line, cross the line". Day after, we're talking about sleep remedies when coworker says "this is TMI but I usually do my 'man time' to go to sleep. That usually soothes me". I respond "oh let's not do that, that might be an issue" into which he responds, "I think it already is". Mind you, I had no clue the conversation was going in that direction. Shortly after, said coworker asks about a managers lips and if she'd gotten procedures done. He then continues to talk about someone who he thinks has nice lips, making a certain face while holding up this "👌”.
I have reported this up to here considering I'm training him and will be for some time. After explaining this to a woman and man supervisor, they gave me the number to HR stating that the conversations were indeed inappropriate. After stating my boundaries regarding inappropriate jokes, I thought coworker might have gotten the memo that I won't tolerate inappropriate behavior of this sort. I also feel like he's becoming more and more comfortable to say these types of things. I can’t help but feel like this isn’t an important issue, but I also don’t know why coworker (25m) would mention it to me (20f) after us knowing each other for a day.
I was nervous to report and keep having doubts, but the more I see him the more he seems to say things that shouldn't be said in the work place. Do you see an issue with this behavior? I’m definitely nervous to continue training him as these conversations keep popping up out of the random, we are also alone together most of the time. Advice pls (:

Hello, I 30m have been getting tests for chest pain for about a month now and all test on my heart and lungs are fine but I keep getting new symptoms that I think could be GERD. I am finally getting tests for this but I will list my symptoms below.
.Pinching chest pain
.Upper back pressure
.Trouble swallowing food
.feels like food is stuck in my throat for around an hour after meals
.tight throat that makes it harder to breathe
.stomach pain
.not sure if this is just the stress but my blood pressure has been high recently
Do these symptoms sound right or am I barking up the wrong tree
Any help would be much appreciated
