We already how bogged down on beuruacy customs can be with the excessive questioning and fake buddy buddy act. Along with the passive aggressive tone of speech.
But when I came home though back to Hawaii, I went to the customs desk and did the usual routine of handing my passport and was prepared for the sass.
To my surprise, middle age white custom officer asked me "Alcohol, tobacco?", and then I answered "Nope."
He then slid the passport back across the screen and gave a nod and said OK.
I stood there for a sec confused because I didn't get the usual interrogation. I was like "I'm good?" and he didn't say another word and beckoned me to retrieve the passport. I left the desk still in disbelief that it was so nonchalant and even turned around to check, he didn't even look up.
Chillest customs experience ever.
Have you guys ever had a fast experience at customs like this or was it always bogged down with beuracacy?

La verdad no salgo mucho y ya son vacaciones. No tengo play ni nada, simplemente me paso el día en el celular. Antes me pasaba todo el día roleando en Chai, C.AI, etc, pero ahora eso me aburrió. I saw a similar post on here get an answer about this so hoping you all can help me out as well! I have this very cool, albeit very old, pink toilet that takes forever to fill up. I'm talking like 25-30 minutes. Moved recently and haven't noticed until I hosted some guest this last weekend and multiple people had to use the restroom.
My husband and I aren't plumbers by any means, but are pretty savvy at learning to fix things and like to give things a genuine first shot before reaching out to the professionals as long as it's not too complex or unsafe.
Any guesses on how to fix this? I assume the fill valve needs to be replaced, but not even sure where to get replacement parts for this. Open to other suggestions if that isn't the solution!
