Not sure what I should do here. I finally got a positive pregnancy test after my second IUI and two years of trying. I saw a faint line 11DPO and was beyond thrilled but quickly became worried when the line wasn’t progressing. My nurse ordered blood tests for me and things are not looking good.
15 DPO - 26 hcg 17 DPO - 45 hcg
I also have had some random spotting over the last few days and have some slight acheness on my right side (the side that I know I ovulated from)
After endlessly scouring the internet, it seems like this is going to most likely end in a chemical or ectopic. I saw a few success stories but it looks extremely slim. I’m terrified of an ectopic and am wondering if I should preemptively ask to terminate out of caution? My options of hoping it resolves on its own or wait until it gets to the point where I can physically tell I’m having an ectopic seems bleak.
Any advice on what you would do?

 | I wasn’t going to post my face for the first time on Reddit, but our photos are just so beautiful. My Fiancé planned the whole thing out with my friend who is a photographer. I had reached out to her previously asking for a price to get a couples shoot done (it was a great price for her work), and right now it just wasn’t on the top of our list financially. Then, a few weeks ago she reached out to me asking me to model so she could practice in the winter time. I agreed! I then asked if I should bring my boyfriend. She said yes. I had a small feeling that this might be a proposal but I was still so shocked when it was actually happening!! It was the first sunny day we had in a while, and absolutely freezing out. It was totally worth the numbness I felt all over my body during the photo shoot. 🤍 I am so happy and grateful for my fiancé and his coordination for this beautiful surprise engagement photo shoot. I see Foxtel is upgrading everyone on iq3 and below to 4 and 5 this year, I have IQ 3 via satellite and no tv antenna so just wondering if the iq5 will have the free to air channels with recording with the satellite connection or better off with iq4 that I already have in another room and know it works for recording. I get iq5 has free to air via apps you can't record via internet but does the Foxtel satellite get normal free to air or does that require an antenna

Saí com as respostas que precisava e já estou decidido de seguir com a sugestão do colega radiantregis https://meupc.net/build/nZgj78
Pesquisando a fonte, descobri que existe um modelo II dela que vem com alguns upgrades nos componentes e também com o tal padrão ATX 3.0, que agora fornece um tal de conector 12VHPWR pra VGA. Esse padrão me pareceu ser um 12 pin > 4+2 + 4+2 pin mas com passos extra, pra conseguir levar até 600W pra VGA e atender o que a series 4xxx+ precisa.
OK.
Mas no meu caso, que vou ficar com uma VGA antiga e econômica, isso se torna um empecilho? Pois a minha 1050TI só precisa do 4+2 pin extra 'normal'.

This is a bit personal and awkward but would really appreciate other women's perspective on this and please be totally honest in your response. I am 45 and work in a school. Recently i have lost alot of confidence and feel self conscious about being single as everyone at work my age is in couples, married..I have always considered myself to be heterosexual and still do. I have never felt any sexual attraction to other women. Recently I had a feeling of admiration and attraction for one of my female colleagues I work with. I then started to feel so ashamed and uncomfortable with having had these thoughts and have become extremely anxious in her presence incase she knows I had such thoughts or thinks I like her. I have become very nervous and start to blush in her presence which makes things worse and worried that she will see my nervousness and blushing as me liking her. And that others at work will notice me being nervous and blushing infront of my colleague and start to wonder why im blushing infront of her. i have tried to take the attitude that if worse came to the worse and she thought this it is not the worst thing but I keep thinking if she did think this she would be so uncomfortable and disgusted with the thought of me liking her. That its wrong. She has a husband and family. So it would seem so inappropriate. Would appreciate other perspectives from women who are heterosexual on how they would feel if they thought another female work colleague liked them in this way. How would it affect your attitude to that person. Also if you noticed that someone else kept blushing in front of only one of your colleagues at work what would you think. Thanks

When Salzwiesen dropped I bought it immediately and was hyped for some bird hunting, but when I realized that the birdshot was buffed and it took birds years to drop from the sky, I got annoyed. Shortly after I stopped playing to take a break from the game, I'm thinking of coming back because I really do want to try the new map. So has the birdshot been fixed?

I currently am an ICU nurse who after months of questioning if this was right for me, resigned today. I am transferring to an outpatient clinic and I’ve never been more excited. The 3 12s were rotating shifts and my body absolutely hated it. My mental health has been in the gutter and physical health too. It was hard to go to the gym. I felt like I never saw the sun.
I’m so excited to go to a 9-5 where I will see the sun every morning, won’t be stressed as hell at work about my patients status, and get to come home before sunset and enjoy dinner and gym with my boyfriend at home.
I’m saying all this because it was partially an ego death for me leaving the ICU. Just know if you want to quit (and you’ve gave it some time) that it’s okay and quite brave of you to know when to walk away. Your mental and physical health is more than a title and more than how the hospitals value us nurses at. Do it for you.
