I'm unsure if popular brands differ from state to state but, if they do, Im located in Michigan. I've gotten a couple dispos from my usual place but both of them don't get me high whatsoever and Im sick of spending money on stuff that doesn't work. I'm thinking they're just cheap as hell and aren't good quality, but I used to buy cheap shit from dispos all the time and they worked just fine. Maybe it's my tolerance or maybe they just care less about quality than they used to.
I see people asking about "fakes" on here a lot- is that something you need to worry about when shopping at a dispensary? I'd like to know a couple brand names that are generally known for having higher quality products ( good enough to get someone who smokes daily high ) because I would like to use a pen but they never work for me. They're more discreet and less of a hassle ( especially in the winter ) but I want shit that actually does something 😭

I've been playing for a long time, and I tend to grind strikes pretty religiously for pathfinders, 2010 gear, coins, cores, whatever. But I noticed if you have the Xur buff you tend to hit cap of coins pretty quickly specially being quite annoying to hit cap so quickly. Is there a way too spend them on the days Xur's not around on the weekends? I know there's a cap increase coming, but even then I don't think it will matter for someone who likes to grind vanguard ops, and gm's religiously. thank you for letting me know

I had my gallbladder taken out on 1/23/2025 via Robotic Assisted Da Vinci Xi. I’ve been home for about 24 hours now.
Have been sleeping on and off. The doctor prescribed me Hydrocodone 5mg and they aren’t doing much. I have a prescription for muscle relaxers as I also have a broken back, those are assisting quite a bit.
Breathing in is painful. I coughed for the first time and my life flashed before my eyes. My husband has to assist me with standing up. Once I’m actually standing, I can painfully walk.
I’ll keep this thread updated as the days pass. But so far, this is worse than childbirth.

2025.01.24 20:01 YorkGrapes Our building management company want to use the service charge to charge all of us for dealing with fly-tipping instead of taking any action to charge the fly-tippers. Do we have any legal basis to dispute this?
We live on a large development with a mix of private housing and affordable rent housing. The place is overrun with fly tippers leaving all manner or rubbish next to the bin chutes, as well as items that clearly won't fit, for which the protocol is to call the council and pay for them to pick it up. Instead people just leave their trash. The management company's policy is to rent a huge skip and get the landscaping company to pick up all the trash, but this is charged at an additional fee, and the fee for this as well as the skip and the emptying of the skip are all added to our communal service charge, so owners have to pay. We feel that fly-tipping is a crime and instead of doing this they should treat it as such, identify the perpetrators (we have CCTV covering the entrance hall of each building) and give fines to those who offend. Soon we will end up with a rodent problem too because of the bags being torn open by foxes and food being strewn all over the streets. We don't want to end up paying for rodent exterminators too.
