I have been vomiting for the past few hours non-stop. There’s nothing left in my stomach. I am having lower abdominal cramps & diarrhea. It’s been hell. I threw up yesterday morning but felt fine after. I just got my second dose at the second level of Wegovy today, nausea started shortly after. I thought it was from the Wegovy, but Norovirus is going around my area and has the same symptoms. How do y’all tell the difference? Also any advice to stop the vomiting is greatly appreciated.

 | This is a photo of the 5th aid convoy to Khurram under TigHt security. *To clarify, I am not a supporter of the military in any way. What I have noticed in this photo: The magazine pouches on this vest look terrible, and the helmets from the 2000s are outdated and trash. There is no armor insight, and only one person has a side pistol. The old AK from the 90s is nothing new or modern, no technical weapon equipment mods. What if your weapon jams mid-fight? There's no side knives. The combat uniform is also lackluster, with no style and even the camouflage is subpar. No technical devices in sight, no backpacks, no communication devices, just one or two in sight. No gloves, knee pads, not even cargo pants. They eat about half of the country's total budget and this equipment doesn't cost much to maintain because there's nothing like equipment in there. May God have mercy on its ground soldier they deserve at least somthing like basic equipment thing and on this country too ameen. Mods please don't remove this! I’m really sorry I keep posting on here but I’m a beginner and so eager to learn so much. These (zoomed in) are the waveforms off a Sony kv9000ub with vertical collapse. The others are off a working crt of the same size. Obviously there are some similarities and I would like to know what they all are exactly because what I thought was the vertical waveform is the exact same on the working one. So confused. About six months ago, I met an amazing woman. We got to know each other, shared our experiences, and slowly fell for one another. Eventually, we decided we wanted to date.
She hit a rough patch and lost her job, which was devastating for her. I supported her however I could—helping her with her resume, building her confidence, and encouraging her through it all. She eventually found a new job and seemed to be thriving, all while expressing deeper feelings for me.
Unfortunately, she ended up in the hospital, overwhelmed by stress. I worried that I might have been part of the cause, even though my intentions were always to support her. She shared that she felt like she was holding me back from my goals and becoming too dependent on me, which I disagreed with—I genuinely wanted to continue building a life with her.
Then things got more complicated. After one of the hardest years of my life professionally, I received a brutal performance review, which hit me hard. Around the same time, she told me she wanted to move and asked me to look for a job in a new location. I can’t help but wonder if this was a test or if it’s a sign she’s trying to create distance.
She said she loves me deeply and wants me in her life, but she also needs to focus on herself. We’ve pulled back from physical intimacy, though we still talk daily and show affection in other ways. I sense external factors—her career stress, unresolved trauma, or something else—might be influencing her decisions.
I feel like she’s confused and battling feelings of inadequacy, especially since she’s told me she’s never been treated this well before. I’ve made it clear that I’ll fight for her and won’t abandon her, but I also want to respect her space.
What do I do from here? How do I balance being supportive while ensuring the relationship stays healthy for both of us?
