I currently am on the BCBS essential plan through NY state of health and it is a weird timeframe, 5/1/24-4/30/25. I projected my income to be something like 31K but it's actually maybe half that or less. I have a lot of specialist visits coming up and I want to ensure that I continue to have access to excellent health care. Is there a chance that I will bump me down to medicaid? If so, would I get in trouble for not reporting my income and be responsible to pay for whatever medicaid doesn't cover?

I was looking for Algerian publishing houses, but I saw how publishing your book with them is a very big risk because of the possibility of stealing all the rights of your book and attributing them to them, and also it may be a losing project, and the book may not be accepted at all for reasons that may not be logical just because they see that the new writer may not bring them profits. I’ve posted here before about my Star Jessamine and cold temps. Now, I’m just trying to figure out what’s causing the uneven growth / health in these plants.
You can see in the photos the two plants on the left are vibrant and green. The two on the right are losing a lot of leaves toward the bottom but still have more leggy growth upward with buds ready to bloom in the spring. How can I make the right two look as vibrant and bushy as the left? What’s going on here?
