Hello, O wise ones. Please can I canvass opinion on any difference in, practical terms other than the obvious different form (cream vs tablet) of using Ovestin cream vs Vagifem tablets? Up until this point, I have been using Vagifem alongside systemic HRT prescribed privately. This week, a wonderful new female GP agreed to fill my prescription for the full works (YASSSS).
In my precious parcel from the pharmacy, the transdermal estradiol gel and micronised progesterone are identical to the stuff I was paying comparatively megabucks for — however, she has prescribed the Ovestin cream rather than the Vagifem tablets for my vajayjay.
No I’d love to hear people’s experiences with either or preferably both so I can understand any likely difference beyond application.

Hi, y’all. I know you all understand better than anyone, but long story short, my sh!tty psych “dropped” me, (I think because I had ECT and from then he treated me differently and said I was “too hard”), but besides that issue, which I’ll be taking further, I was left with only enough of my Vyvanse 60mg until now (3 weeks, and I’ve DESPERATELY been trying to find a new prescriber for MONTHS) and everyone says you don’t go through withdrawal from stimulant medication. I’m a drug and alcohol psychologist, and you know, just a person who can actually READ, so I know this is BS. What should I expect, please? I’m assuming severe fatigue and the issue’s I had before being medicated. I’m currently also going through opiate withdrawal (prescribed, just don’t want to be on it anymore) so I’m scared. It could be the best thing for me, possibly, right? Like I’ve felt like maybe I might not have even needed the stimulants and that my focus and attention issues might have been from the opiates, because since I’ve been off them, the stimulants seem to just make me really jittery and anxious. It could be withdrawal, however, I’m just not sure, and would really appreciate some help and advice and COMPASSION, please. No nasty comments, please ☺️☺️☺️🌷🌷🌷🙏🙏🙏

I've been using Launch Control for SMS marketing (I only do SMS marketing—no cold calling or mailing) for about nine months. I started wholesaling early last year, and it worked great until around October, when they experienced carrier issues that caused delays in sending my messages for several days.
Since then, my delivery rate has dropped. Initially, I thought my number was flagged, so I checked with them, but they assured me it wasn’t. Recently, I noticed that all my drip campaigns scheduled for December and early January were not sent out. Upon further inspection, I found that all of my drip campaigns were pushed back by several months—to April, June, and July. When I contacted them, they explained that system updates or carrier issues could cause this, which sounds ridiculous to me.
Lately, I've been receiving multiple replies to initial messages that were sent out months ago.
Has anyone else experienced issues with Launch Control? I’m considering switching to Smarter Contact, but since I don’t want the “Reply STOP to Opt-Out” message, I’d have to subscribe to their $499/month plan. Additionally, they charge extra for outgoing messages, making it quite expensive. (Launch Control, on the other hand, does not include the opt-out message.)

I'm currently having a Canon EOS 2000D, without a hotshoe pin. I recently had a party event indoors, the lights were off and I had with me a flash from Metz (I don't know the model exactly). I had to boost my ISO to 6400 and use a 1/50 shutter because my lens is a f/5 and the flash cannot be used it manual due to the missing hotshoe pin. What should I change in this case? My budget is limited. Would a lower f/ lens help me in this case? Or there is any flash that works in manual with a hotshoe pin? Or I just to deal with the grain on my photos and the moving images due to low shutter? I'm looking in the further future for a mirrorless camera, something SH, but I don't know when or what camera should I look for. Canon R100/R50 took my attention.

one tricking in low elo will never get you out of the elo, unless you are high iq

i just dont recommend it

Been dealing with HPPD for about 5 months. It got better at first when I stopped smoking weed, then I started smoking occasionally. It was still manageable for a while until a few days ago it got really bad again. I'm looking into fasting as my condition isn't as bad as many on this sub, and I've heard good things. Right now I'm on hour 18 of my 40 hour fast, but as I've been reading more, it seems like 40 hours won't be effective. The problem is I'm in shape, probably around 12% body fat, and I'm very into bodybuilding. I don't think I have the fat stores to do 4+ days like many on this sub talk about, not to mention I would lose hard earned muscle. Has anyone had any success with shorter fasts like this? I really want to get better

Guessing none of the administration really thought about all of the investments the government made to make teleworking/remote even a possibility. From PIVS, to vpn technology, to access controls, networking and routing, so on and so forth. All of these mandates and regulations, are now soon to be useless? Why enforce multi factor if you can only work in office. Why not just make every network airgapped and save millions or even billions of $$$?
Its like were going back in time - why use cloud technology? Someone should realize ideally Microsoft that this may hurt their business and chime in with the help.
