I need to check a rigid diaphragm cantilevered at both ends. Do I consider a net moment due to the moments from these cantilevered ends and then convert it to diaphragm shear (dividing by a distance between frames in other direction)?Then add this additional shear to diaphragm shear calculated in other direction to obtain a total shear? Can someone guide me on this? Thanks!

I’m just curious about people‘s experience with prozac for anxiety and panic disorder. I have been on Lexapro for 1 year and have put on about 30 lbs so my psychiatrist recommended switching to Prozac but said it doesn‘t work as well for anxiety. Thoughts?

Our region has gotten more snow over the past 3 weeks than in 20 years or so. And it's sticking around. We got a period of icing layered in there,and our large yard is treacherous! Add in a large dog who loves the snow,and a natural klutz (me), & you have a recipe for disaster!
Fortunately, I have lost about 42 lbs on IF so far. I still have a long way to go. But I'm convinced my improvements in mobility, balance, stamina, etc. have saved me from serious harm. I did fall once, but wasn't hurt. Not trying to jinx myself,because the snow is still on the ground,but I am LOVING reaping the benefits of IF relatively early in my journey. And I love snow too,so my dog and I have had a grand time enjoying it together. ❤️ ❄️

I have been using NNFX system to find a set of indicators and now i have a set of them with 9000usd profit from 5 NNFX backtesting pairs over 5 years on daily timeframe with 10000 intial balance. Win rate ~ 72
And backtested this over 28 major pairs (NNFX method technically allows us to trade all 28 pairs with 15 mins work a day) and got a profit of around 25000 usd with 5 year time period and 62 win rate - average across all 28 pairs.
What do you think about this.
Any chance i will pass prop firm?
Any guide, advice, comments, anything is welcoming.
Im still in backtesting stage and planning to start forward testing very sooon.
