2025.01.24 20:39 JaCKaSS_69 Suggestions for the new temporary event campaigns
The new campaigns have several problems, but the challenge part is not it. They have been very well implemented and while some levels can be frustrating and hard even on normal campaign I'm not one to shy away from a challenge.
The main problems lies in the rewards and how rewarding the campaigns are past the first completion. Don't get me wrong some rewards are very good (blackstone/xp books/req scrolls) however, past getting that (meaning the gold medal) there is absolutely no reason to ever look back at that node ever again, except for farming specific otherwise non-accessible characters (ad-mech in this case). A slight buff i.e. tickets that refresh daily and/or maybe a little less energy per run, like 5 instead of 6 would make it much more worthwhile than it's counterparts in normal campaigns.
Also, maybe make the crate rewards allow you to choose the character you want to unlock from the campaign you're running instead of giving you the legendary automatically. That'd be cool.

2025.01.24 20:39 Kenneth_Upright Troubleshoot Miswired 3-way Switch
I have a light controlled by two switches that only turns on if both switches are in the ON position. If either (or both) switches are OFF, the light is off. I see two potential issues in the wiring
1) One switch is missing a traveler wire. All the wires in the junction box have been tied together. See attached image. (The other 2 switches control a ceiling fan.)
2) The red and black wires are reversed on the switch. I tried swapping them and then the light stayed ON regardless of how I flipped the switches.
Before I untie the mess in the junction box, I am curious if the obvious solution to both problems above will make this light work as expected. That is, attach the traveler wire and correct the black/red swap.

I am Stasko, a professional League of Legends Coach and E-sports Positional Coach. Most importantly how is my coaching any different?
My coaching is tailored to every individual, all my plans are based on what you are good at and what you like. Almost all sports coaches pride themselves on the ability to spot a talent for something and cultivate it, and that's what I aim to do.
Furthermore, unlike most coaches I specialize in teaching. I don't spend 10 hours a day grinding soloq but instead I coach 10 hours per day. I've coached at least 3 hours per day for the last 3 years. This means that I have much more experience and diversity.
I pride myself on my creativity. I am able to create sessions, topics, builds and ideas for you to improve with that are specifically made for you and will have the highest impact on you.
Sessions: As I believe that my coaching is much more different and better I know people will want to work with me I offer cheap and affordable sessions with competitive prices that have stayed the same over the years. This allows me to maintain healthy relations with my students rather than overcharge them for unimpactful sessions.
Normal sessions cost 30 euros and are the same as my taster session. Including 24 hour access and ability to ask me anything. If you order normal sessions you will also get follow up talk with me about how your games have been going and how you can further adapt our session.
Group sessions cost 50 euros, you can bring a team or a group of 5 and I will coach you individually or as a team. In these sessions I aim to analyze every player and to provide very short and precise tips for instantly becoming a better player. The goal is for you all to exit being able to work better together but also as better individuals.
Climb Package (80 Euros) Example: 3 sessions + homework and tools to make you much better and allow you to climb in the new season. This is a customized plan that will involve identifying your short term mistakes and giving you the knowledge and tools to reach that peak you want in the new season. It also includes the normal sessions weekly opgg reviews and follow ups. Keep in mind: the climb package is just an example of affordable styles of teaching some students prefer and is aiming to provide the most in 3 sessions. If you prefer a more in depth and hands on approach you might aim for something more. As for results most students who have created their own climb package have increased a minimum of a division in the first few days of starting their learning and some have gone up full divisions in the 2 weeks of teaching.
Bootcamp (500 Euros): This is something I usually only do with pro players in offseason to help them achieve new peaks. However, I've decided to expand it to the general public. You get access to me for 1 week. We will do 8 hours of live sessions mixed in with vod reviews and theory sessions. I will explain to you every single play and sequence in your games and go into detail on any discussion that comes up. It is focused on covering as much as possible to help you climb. Most recently, I helped a streamer go from D4 to Masters at the start of season so that he can face the pros from Worlds (all live).
Pricing: My pricing is strictly chosen to cover minimum working wage in my country and does not reflect the quality of the sessions. I have chosen to do this to allow me to coach full time at an affordable price therefore making a healthy relationship between me and students. While I could overcharge I do not find that to be ethical for either of us. However, you are welcome to leave tips.
If you are interested in free sessions I am a teacher for one of the largest league communities and will offer free coaching through there. However, there is a very long waiting list.
I am also happy to answer questions and do small 5 minute taster analysis sessions for free however these are handed at a discretion.

First off: throwaway profile.
Personal info:
Age: 31
Height: 179 cm
Weight: 74
Sports: Swimming 1x a week, Boxing 2x a week, Gym 2x a week.
Work: Physical work 5x a week + sometimes evenings and/off weekends.
My 'complains':
-feeling very tired during the day, difficult waking up.
-sometimes feeling like lifeless, maybe too insecure... (usually positive person, great bonds withfamily and friends).
-my voice has never changed, still it's sound soft while talking, non deep/non hard.
-my facial hair never groomed fully, little bit of beard but it has a lot of open spots.
-chest hair never groomed fully, started little bit on the top but it may be max 50 hairs.
-penis feels like never groomed fully, flaccid is shit and I can't even describe it. Erect is looking fine but in my opinion not as it could be. No, it is not micro, it is between average if I believe al those researches.
It feels like I'm the black sheep, close family members are complete the opposite about the facial hair. Penis I don't know sure.
I have checked my blood- and testosteron work. Bloodwork is all fine and between min and max. Testosteron) is also fine >20.
Doctor won't send me further to an endicronologist because all the tests are fine. Doctor's conclusion: it is Genetics.
I would almost believe this if my close family ones had a similair thing but it is not.....
Anyone want to share their opinion or experience... Feel free please. It is too much on my mind.

Looking to see what others are doing to verify that our help desk agents are actually our help desk agents. We have moved password reset to a self-service portal leveraging MFA already so our help desk doesn't need to verify the caller is an employee, however, how can we help our users trust our service desk calls? A recent attack vector is for threat actors to contact users directly claiming they are "First Name" with the help desk, where they are giving an actual first name of one of our agents. We want to communicate to our users a process to verify that they are actually speaking with a valid person, not an imposter.
Service orientation is a primary concern so I don't want our message to be, "this is First Name with the help desk, can you please call the help desk number back so that I can help you." We've thought about coaching staff to force "camera on" interaction to validate the agents, but that doesn't work when calling to/from phones versus Teams meetings.
We could force an MFA push to the user to prove we are calling from the service desk, but I DO NOT want to encourage users to ever accept an MFA push that they didn't initialize.
Just curious how anyone is handling this -- or if anyone else has also experienced this latest social engineering nightmare.

Hello. So my betta has been struggling with tail loss and I have been trying to treat him for the last couple of months. These last couple of days he hasn’t really been eating and mostly laying still at the surface. Today I found him laying on the bottom not really moving. I helped him halfway up to the surface and he swam the rest of the way up. Now he is just floating there in the surface, resting on my magnet to clean the glass.
I really hope for him to recover, and he is currently on his third day of an eSHa 2000 treatment. Idk if he is just suffering and it would be best to euthanize him. He is only around 1 year old…

2025.01.24 20:39 Blackicecube 100 win Frontier Mons (Doubles)
Team of some favorites I decided to take with me into the journey of learning standard doubles format.
I have very little experience with doubles (only other doubles experience I have is Pokemon Colosseum) so I figured this game would be the best place to just give it a shot with trial and error.
It's not a perfect team by any means but it was fun! Very different than singles in alot of ways.
Anyways if anyone has any advice, tips, and tricks to share with me in regards to doubles and my team I'd love to hear it. I can also explain how I used this team if anyone is curious :]
