2025.01.24 21:11 Interesting_Bug_1181 Costocondritis Anxiety
I got diagnosed with costocondritis about 2 weeks ago at first it was a lot of pain in my chest that really got me nervous about my heart so I went to hospital. I’ve had two ecg and 2 x rays on the chest my first time something came up on the ecg they say it wasn’t to major but then the time I went to hospital they ruled it costocondritis and my second ecg didn’t show anything. since then I’ve been taking pain killers and ibuprofen to help with inflammation. I was also having a lot of trouble with my breathing and it scared me a lot more so I’ve been to the doctors multiple times and they have labelled it acid reflux after 3 appointments I feel as tho the doctors are diagnosing me with a diffrent thing every time and it’s not acid reflux with my breathing they also think it could be allergies but with a constant heavy ness on my chest I’m constantly thinking of something a lot worse although I’ve had all the tests I keep saying to myself I’m going to die by reading up and thinking its a heart attack or a stroke. I also have a sudden lose of appetite within the past 2 weeks, I ultimately believe my anxiety is something to do with the way I feel and not feeling myself. It’s ruining my mental health and I can’t put up with the breathing and constant heavy ness on my chest.

2025.01.24 21:11 Someones_friends HELP: This is weird, It doesnt let me go to my main account
Ill get straight to it.
Roblox took me out of my account and asked me to change the passwords to all of my accounts before entering again. So, when I started to do it, my main account never showed up in the list of accounts.
What is going on?
It never gave me any warnings foraban and I never did anything to warrant that. I dont believe thats the case, anyways.
I use the same email, too...
Can anyone tell me if this happened to yall or provide some theory on the matter?

Hey y'all, so I've been on an uphill/downhill journey the last 2 years.
I'm currently at 265-270lbs 5'5 female.
My goal is 200lbs but if I could get under I'd be ecstatic.
About a year and a half ago I was at 235, after consistently going to the gym, strength training and eating healthier however this was Mexico.
The gym was a 5 min walk, The culture around food was always home cooked and eat together. Fast food existed but just wasn't as used. Walking everywhere to the store.. etc.
Now Ive been back in Texas and I gained everything I lost.
I am not sure how to implement these things that worked for me In Mexico here.
The gym is a 20 min drive, I'm usually home alone or we don't have the ingredients to cook Fast food is usually the most efficient option with work And no way In hell can you walk in Texas as easily as you did in Mexico.
So any tips for someone trying to get this goal going?
I've been walking in the evenings at a track, and cut back on sodas. I used to use my fitness pal but I'm concerned about if I should be weighing my foods if I want to take this seriously.
I wish I could spend 1-2hours at the gym like a used to but the American way and other responsibilities just doesn't allow me to do that right now.
Do y'all have any hard rules that you maintain for such significant weight loss?

Hello. I'm considering reclaimed 5 finger parquet (teak) for my first home. At the moment the house has the cheapest laminate. I have only done very basic DIY. The seller says most bits of wood have bitumen stuck on the back? Questions: is it worth it, or by the time I buy a thicknesser (never used one) the price by square metre will be the same as new flooring? I'm looking at 27m2. Thank you
