The Company A that I finished my final interview rounds took about 2 months to finally get back to me after having to reach out and say I have another offer. Company B gave me an offer sooner and had to reach out to Company A to let them know I had another offer.
Both are very similar companies. They are actually competitors.
While going through the pros and cons, Company A is closer while Company B seemed like better culture. The offer was for the same amount $$$. While Company A is for a leadership position, and Company B is for entry level.
So I tried asking for an extra $5 from Company A, since if I'm a lead it makes sense to be making more than an entry level position in Company B.
Company A is for a particle accelerator operator, Company B is for a radiopharmaceutical manufacturing associate.
Different roles for sure however company B has operator roles as well but according to them I don't have the degree for that position with them.
Company A takes back their offer and wishes me the best of luck.
Company B won't budge to get higher pay. They said that's the most they can do. Which is unfortunate considering I was being looked at a higher position but they said I'm short 6 months for the specialist position.
At the end of the day they both paid the same. And I'm left having to pick Company B.
Where did I go wrong??? I was told having 2 job offers was a good thing and good leverage. Smh.

Hi Space Wolves! Knowing that our Codex release is still pretty far off isn’t fun, but speculating on new models is!
What new models are you hoping for with the eventual codex release?
Personally I would love a Thunderwolf Cavalry update, that’s what originally got me into Space Wolves. Along with that, new Bjorn and an upgraded Brutalus dread with an axe would be sick. Upgrading a handful of Characters would be nice too since our flavor detachment usually wants lots of characters to activate buffs.
What do you think?

Assuming you have an account that can complete all requirements for every master clue step, how many master clues do you think you could do an hour to work out how long on average it would take to get a third age pickaxe drop? I have been playing poe2 with a friend who has never played rs, and he was asking if anything in rs had a rare drop compared to a mirror or kalandra which in poe2 is apparently on average 20k hours. I told him a third age pickaxe in runescape is probably way more than that. What do you guys think?
