Anyone have experience with or know if there are driving schools out here that can teach to people that are neurodivergent and learn differently than typical peers? Or just solid schools in general? We’ve tried Cantors Driving School (worst people and I wouldn’t recommend by any means) and Northwest (not at all helpful. They act like it’s an inconvenience to have to do their job).

2025.01.24 21:07 userherr Asking for Advice on Med Combo with Strattera

Other than suspected SCT, I'm diagnosed with GAD, social anxiety, ocd, depression and adhd inattentive.
Currently on escitalopram and wellbutrin but thinking about starting Starttera with one or the other.
Even though the escitalopram has been great, I'm on a lower dose bc I didn't want the zombie feeling I felt on previous SSRIs, so I still have anxiety (emotional and physical). The other issue is although the wellbutrin has been good for motivation and mood, it isn't typically helpful for adhd and minimally for sct, but I opted for it since stimulants didn't work for me. I also self medicate with being on my phone and eating junk food, so idk if that's from the anxiety or just adhd.
I heard if Strattera and was wondering if anyone has insight or opinions/advice/experience on if it would work better with wellbutrin vs with escitalopram. I don't want to be on more than 2 meds but also worried that taking out one will either cause anxiety or low motivation/mood. Maybe there's a different combo that's better, so not necessarily ruling that out either.
I will meet with my psychiatrist of course but was wondering any experiences or thoughts.
Any feedback is appreciated.

Hi all, long-time lurker here and would love to have some advice on whether I should get enhancement surgery after SMILE. At my 3 month post-op, there was 1 diopter left in my right eye. Left eye is better than 20/20. Surgeon told me to wait another 5 months to re-assess, but likely need a touchup.
My pre-surgery stats: Age: 25
Right eye Myopia: -9.25 Astigmatism: -1.75
Left eye Myopia: -8.25 Astigmatism: -0.75
I read a few posts here and opinions seem to skew towards not doing the touchup in similar cases. I guess I just need to hear that given my extreme myopia before SMILE, I should be happy with what I have and stop risking it any further. I don’t experience any side effects after SMILE at all, and my right eye’s cornea thickness is still 400 after SMILE.
Any input is appreciated, thank you all.

What is Battlegroup Orion?
Orion is a semi-realistic Halo Arma 3 ODST and Marine unit primarily based in the United States. We do have times that are friendly to EU players as well. We have three types of paths: ODST, Marines, and Aviation.
Here are some key things about Orion?
  • We are a semi-casual unit focused more on a "fun", rather than a "serious" environment. However, we still hold to the milsim structure inside and outside of operations.
  • Our operations take place during engagements with both the Insurrectionist and Covenant forces but focus on battles during Operation Trebuchet. Orion is made by Arma Veterans who have played the game for years, and our main focus is on keeping a tight-knit group who can enjoy the game at its core.
  • We actively have opportunities for many MOS and Leadership positions in our unit and don't discriminate against anyone who wishes to try their hand at said billets.
  • Custom armor is available for active members, and is not restricted by rank.

Our Marines are Infantry/Mechanized detachment that focuses on dropping into the thick of things, utilizing Heavy weapons and vehicles, Paradropping in the dead of night, and hot pelican assaults. Valhalla is our mainline detachment and focuses on being able to be as efficient as possible in multiple areas such as: squad tactics, marksmanship, demolitions, and vehicle expert.
"Nyx" Squadron w/ 1st & 2nd Flights
Nyx is the aviation detachment that focuses on dropping the hate on top of our enemies and transporting infantry from place to place.
