As I've recently been trying to get back into Paladins, I decided to check on my HiRez account which I hadn't opened since 2018, and of course I don't remember my username nor password.
I tried using the methods in HiRez's log in page, but none of them actually send an email my way, and trying to get a support ticket leads to a missing 404 page.
How do I proceed? Does anyone know how to deal with this?

2025.01.24 21:20 Chmuurkaa_ The other ending of genocide that I don't hear much about
I loved my genocide playthrough of the game, especially the ending, but it's not the one that most people think of. Most people consider the genocide run as completed once they defeat Sans, but not me. In my genocide run, Sans won. I spent a couple of hours across 3 days trying to beat him, and I even died during the end of his last attack, twice. Eventually I gave up, just like in Sans' plan. So did I defeat him? No. But do I consider my genocide run as completed? Yeah. And I'm never planning on revisiting genocide and taking on Sans ever again, I like the idea of Sans actually winning and I want it to stay that way. It's a nice feeling knowing that in my timeline, he defeated me. It's been years since then and I'm still often thinking about it, and it's a really satisfying thought that this is how my genocide run ended. I don't feel bad about failing, I feel a lot of satisfaction, and that's why I loved my genocide playthrough so much, to the point where I still smile whenever I remember it randomly in the shower even years after. The good guys actually defeated the monster that can come back to life and travel through time by making it give up trying

I am an American visiting Spain from January 24-31 in the Granada/Seville region. I love Spanish and classical guitars and would love to purchase one from an authentic Spanish luthier.
I don't have much experience playing guitar yet, but that's because I want to learn on the Spanish or classical guitar, not the typical acoustic guitars found in the US. I am looking for a beginner guitar for around €200-300 that is as high quality as possible for that price point. The instrument can be used or new, as long as it is in good condition and sounds beautiful.
If there are things I should look out for regarding build quality and features please let me know, because I'm not as educated on classical guitar as I should be.

Phew.. that was a doozy. My character is a gun for hire from a western, lawless land, who, after a duel gone wrong allowed a parasite to burrow inside of him and feed off of him to survive. This parasite turned him into not only a Dhampir, but also a Blood Hunter, and acts as his patron (great old one) for the Profane Soul part.
I feel I've created this image for my character that backs me into a corner, where Profane Soul seems to heavily incentivize melee play, and I really want him to be a gunslinger. Not only this, but pistols as a weapon seems pretty underwhelming as well when compared to something like a crossbow. I don't care much for the most optimized character, but I also don't want to be a detriment to the party and would like a build that at least seems to have a bit of cohesion. Any advice would be appreciated.
The campaign will be starting at level 3 and also will be using point buy.

Let me start by saying I don’t know if this is good advice. In fact, it’s probably not. But it’s what I did, and it’s what ultimately broke the cycle of me holding on to someone who didn’t care about me anymore. I’m sharing this because maybe someone out there needs to hear it. Maybe someone like me—someone who’s tried everything and feels like they’re at the end of their rope—can find some clarity in my story.
When we broke up, I didn’t just miss him; I lost my sense of self. My whole world revolved around getting him back, no matter the cost. And let me tell you—it cost me everything. My pride, my self-esteem, my mental health, my dignity. It’s embarrassing to admit, but I’ll say it because I know I’m not alone.
Here’s how I stopped trying and ended my hope for him to come back, step by step.
Step 1: I Did Everything My Mind Told Me to Do (and It Broke Me) When we broke up, my anxious attachment went into overdrive. My mind was screaming at me to fix it, to make him see that I loved him enough to make it work. So, I did everything.
- I called him 100 times. Yes, literally. My phone log was filled with his number. Every missed call felt like a punch to the gut, but I couldn’t stop.
- I texted him constantly. Long paragraphs explaining how much I loved him, begging for another chance, promising I’d change. Sometimes I’d get a cold, one-word response. Most of the time, I’d get nothing.
- I lowered my self-esteem to the ground. I became someone I didn’t even recognize. I stopped valuing myself and started believing I was the problem—that if I just tried harder, he’d come back.
- I slept with him, thinking it might reignite something. It didn’t. It only made me feel emptier afterward, like I was nothing more than a convenience to him.

- I Stopped Contacting Him: This was the hardest part. After months of chasing, I decided to go cold turkey. No calls, no texts, no social media stalking. It felt like ripping my heart out, but I knew every time I reached out, I was giving him power over me.
- I Faced the Pain Head-On: Without the distractions of trying to fix the relationship, I was forced to sit with my feelings. I cried. A lot. I let myself feel the anger, the heartbreak, the grief. It was messy and painful, but it was necessary.
- I Reflected on What I Lost (and Gained): I started journaling, writing down everything I gave to the relationship and everything I lost because of it. I also wrote about what I wanted for my future—a future where I didn’t have to beg for love.
- I Built New Habits: Instead of texting him when I felt lonely, I called a friend, went for a walk, or wrote in my journal. I started going to the gym, eating healthier, and focusing on my hobbies. These small actions helped me rebuild my sense of self.
- I Forgave Myself: For a long time, I felt ashamed of how much I lowered myself for him. But I realized I was just trying to survive. I forgave myself for the mistakes I made and reminded myself that I’m human.

I live in the US and use my credit card everywhere. I earn points. Its as simple as tapping my phone.
UPI involves scanning a QR code, entering the correct amount, merchant ack-ing that I transferred the correct amount. All of this happens from checking account - so no CC points.
