So I am scheduled to close fuel tomorrow night (4-11) and then turn right around and OPEN fuel Sunday morning from 5-1. That's only 6 hours in between shifts and if I am lucky I might get 4 hours of sleep. I am going to try and swap with a co-worker tomorrow if I can, but is this even legal for them to do?

I have a Gigabyte B365M DS3H motherboard and it says the version I have is from 2019 and there have been loads of updates for the BIOS released since then. It also says that the cpu (i5-9400f) I currently have isn’t supported by the motherboard—but it works so I’m not questioning it. I know there’s a whole “If it’s not broke, don’t fix it” mentality with this, but if it hasn’t been updated in around 5 years, should I do it anyway?
I got this custom built from FB Marketplace, and it’s my first PC—so I’m not sure of what maintenance I have to do.

About me: 30 year old British guy. I'm very much a gym addict (training 6 times per week). Other than fitness I'm a big reader... mostly fiction novels and some comic book series too.
I'm a huge cinema geek and love finding new movies and shows to check out. I also do some creative writing in my spare time - mostly short stories but working on something longer.
Fitness wise I mostly do strength training now but have also done Crossfit in the past as-well as rugby and kickboxing... Just wish I had the time to still do it all!
Then just typical hobbies everyone has like travelling, finding new places to eat out, party's, raves etc.
